The hotel is inexpensive and quite tasty and satisfying to eat. Breakfast - buffet. Delicious oatmeal, scrambled eggs, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, oranges, bananas, cheese, several types of sausage, pastries. . . We didn't go hungry! The hotel has a small swimming pool. True, it was cool on our arrival and no one swam there. The staff is friendly and all requests are fulfilled promptly! The waiters in the restaurant are also kind!

A very good location, although on a mountain, but you won’t find anything that is straining for walking, everything is convenient! The view from every point of the hotel is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable, beautiful, everything is there, from shampoo to bathrobes. 50% of success is the beach! They asked us to return the money paid with the card. Because It was Sunday, the administrator of the day off could not resolve this issue and offered to wait until tomorrow. The next day, all the nuances were discussed with the senior administrator Evgenia, they promised to return the money. For 3 weeks there was a stormy communication with the accountant of the hotel, in which it turned out that the money would be returned to us minus 10% at the direction of the director. Actually, that's how it happened. I never managed to talk with the director, honestly called 3 times and did not find him in place. On the hotel website, I did not see information about a 10% deduction for canceling a reservation, and even more so there was no contract. Paid one day we lived, no more days. What is the 10% for? We could not pay anything at all during check-in, the day we have already paid for. Neither the director nor the administrator deigned to legally substantiate the reason for such withholding. This is such a disrespectful attitude towards customers. Dear hotel managers, there is a huge competition in Alushta! You need to attract customers! As a result, we decided to move to another hotel, the administrator "entered our position" and assured us that the money for the day would be returned to us if we wrote an application addressed to the director. (we didn't get to the room). After writing two statements with a detailed description and a call within a month, the money was never returned to us !!!! ! They probably thought that their "pottage" is food for the hotel restaurant))))) Leave it to yourself, "Burton" on activated carbon!!!!!! ! In general, the administration is "frostbitten" !!! !

I didn’t like the breakfasts, the time from 8.00 to 9.30, the assortment including minced eggs with fish filling, frankly, for an amateur, sliced cheese and sausages, butter, buckwheat and roll, the composition of which we did not understand. The concept of bacon, sausages, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and vegetables is missing. There was also no fruit. From drinks: juice, coffee and tea bags. A hotel of this level, at prices of about 600 UAH per person per day, should have a decent assortment and quality of food, this is worth paying attention to. Beach: located far from the hotel, in general, the view of the beaches was a little dumbfounded, they simply do not exist. These are either huge stones or small beaches, the density of vacationers on which exceeds their size. . Embankment: walk 10 minutes downhill across the bridge past the hotel Demerdzhi. There are many establishments for every taste, live music, entertainment for children and teenagers, in general, I liked it, the evening life is in full swing. As a proposal from the administration, it might make sense to make your own beach right in front of the hotel.
