Good day everyone! My review concerns our stay with my wife and daughter in the CO "Atelika MU" from 01 to 09 August 2014. The hotel is located in Alushta Professor's Corner, at the foot of Mount Kastel. I wrote a lot, I wrote everything as it is, without emotions. Only facts.

We moved in here on August 01.2014, settled us in room 55, this is a double standard, located on the second floor to the left of the reception. And we were immediately unpleasantly surprised that the cot promised to us by the manager of TezTour was not available in Atelik! ! ! ! Although the manager told me that when you arrive, pay 200-300 rubles, and you will be provided with a bed.

I, with difficulty, immediately went to the Internet near the reception, wrote a letter to TezTour with a request to find out who is to blame for providing false information. By the way, I’ll tell you right away about WI-FI. It is written - in the KO there is a Wi-Fi zone, but no matter how much I tried to go online, we went into it normally only twice - I, to write a letter, and my wife wrote a message to ICQ once. And that's it! The connection is possible only near the reception desk and on the bench near the entrance, and then it disappears immediately - it says "Without Internet access" or Limited access. "I have an ASYSTEK laptop with licensed Win7 installed. If it connects, the signal disappears almost immediately, and here you walk like a fool, looking for a signal with a laptop. Naturally, there is no signal in the rooms because of the thick reinforced walls, there is a signal only near the reception on the street near the stairs. Although the children are sitting with tablets on the stairs between the 2nd and 1st floors, and it seems even, as they said, the Internet normally works for them.

The hotel manager didn't show us to the room, she just gave us the keys. Although there were two of them on the counter. I'll describe the number. The walls are plastered with textured plaster and painted in light pink. Room with an area of ​ ​.14 square meters, a balcony 1.2 m wide. At the entrance there is a mirror, and a closet with a mezzanine, small but roomy, a lamp without a ceiling lamp on top. To the right is the entrance to the bathroom.

The bathroom is a masterpiece. The toilet is close to the door, which is inconvenient. Paper on a can. Accessories plastic 100 rubles cost. Very small urn. The sink is fastened with rusty pipes. The light switch in the bathroom does not turn on well, you need to push it through to the end. The shower deserves special attention. Water pours directly onto the floor. Accumulating on it in the form of a puddle and then enters the drain hole. It is believed that people will use water very sparingly and will not flood the floor of the bathroom.
I haven't tried it myself, for fear of flooding the room, but I think that with such a capacity of this drain hole, this is quite possible. The shower faucet is leaking. Hot water on schedule - three times a day for two hours. Cold water all the time. The pressure is good.

The door between the hallway and the room without glass. The room has two single beds with normal mattresses. Bed linen is fresh and good quality. Set of blue towels. For 8 days of stay, they changed the linen once, and cleaned almost every day. The beds were spaced apart on different walls, and we immediately moved them.

The refrigerator "Dnepr" is the brainchild of the Soviet industry, it performed its functions at 5+, although the light bulb was not on inside, two vigorous bedside tables on which you can safely sit, two chairs are still Soviet, swayed and utterly shabby, and a table of normal size, but from a chipboard, which we barely dragged, because it was specifically rocking, and that and looking could fall apart. TV LG flatron 15-inch, from the programs only 1 channel, STS, Planet, Karusel, TVC, Ukraine, the rest were not caught and it was strictly forbidden to tune them. Although I have configured the Star, in addition to the current ones. The floor is linoleum laid roughly and sticking out from under the skirting boards. The frames are wooden, from the 70s of the last century, there is no glass in the frame on the right. On the balcony on the balcony door outside there is no handle, the door pretty creaks. The tile is falling off, the plaster on the wall is falling off. There was a plastic chair, and clotheslines for drying towels and swimming trunks.
Air conditioning. This is a special topic. It says there is window air conditioning. And this is even a Samsung, but very old, very noisy and not very cool. We only turned it on when we left the room. Slotted windows and single glazing, what could be the topic of cooling the room in the heat? ? ? I invited a repairman to look at the noisy air conditioner, explaining to him that there was a pure rattle after 3-5 minutes after turning it on, he seemed to fix it, but after an hour the air conditioner began to rattle again. I was unhappy.

There are only two Soviet sockets in the room and one upstairs Euro is purely for air conditioning. So if you want to turn on the kettle or laptop, then only the adapter that we had to help you.
The cleaning lady once took out all the empty plastic bottles that we used to collect water. We made a remark at the reception so that the cleaning lady did not take the initiative in such a "cleaning", and she brought us two really not our bottles.

Meals - there are two shifts. Upon arrival, you must sign up for one of them. They feed either 8-13-18 or 9-14-19 and only for 35 minutes - in 35 minutes you must bring yourself bread, soup or porridge, as well as a drink, and eat it all. The food is varied but scarce. For example, on August 3, for breakfast there were rice or oatmeal porridge, three sausages, a boiled egg, and a slice of bread with a small piece of butter and 9! ! ! ! eggs of red caviar. It would be better if they didn’t give caviar than to be disgraced like that. They probably wanted not to forget the taste. I think the food is very small portions - and little meat! ! ! There is no coffee at all - it's not coffee, but a surrogate, I ate better in pioneer camps and the coffee was much tastier. As a result, we bought a bag of Nescafe Gold and drank it. There is milk, there is boiling water, there is drinking water. You can take as much as you like for cereals and soups, as well as drinks and bread. It is forbidden to take out cutlery, but usually everything was taken out.

Territory.
Entrance to the territory is free, no one checks anyone. Who wants, he goes. Of course, the entrance is not free - there is a guard who opens the gate as needed. Beaches are now, according to the laws of the Russian Federation, now the entrance is free. The territory of the hotel itself - concrete or tile with islands of vegetation, a volleyball court, horizontal bars and stairs, and a playground, are somewhat in disrepair. The tile is knocked out, the paths are uneven. Some repairs have been made.

Beach.
There are two beaches - with small pebbles and with large ones. On the beach with KG there are separate sunbeds, plastic, but the beach itself is small and large red pebbles cause a lot of trouble for the legs, especially when the wave is. The sea is clean, the water was warm. A bunch of obsolete adaptations of OSVOD - circles, instructions, apparently left over from pioneer times, and not a damn thing updated. The security guard of the hotel went, checked that none of the outsiders used the hotel sunbeds. There was always enough space and sunbeds.
On the beach with small pebbles, sun loungers for money, like it does not belong to the hotel. But it didn't really upset us - we laid towels and rested quietly. But the beach itself is flooded with a wave, and on the left half there are boulders at the bottom.
Washer - 800 rubles for two, the banana was not asked the price.

I saw three girls at the reception, three animators - a guy and two girls, a man who checks who is a stranger on the beach and who is his, a man and his assistant, who shouted into a swear-box how to behave on the beach, and how not to, somewhere there seemed to be a separate tanning lifeguard. Three waitress girls, an advinistrator, a cook, and a cleaner, I didn’t see anyone else.


Last night, I overheard a conversation on the phone of a recently settled vacationer, who told about his impressions about the hotel - he said that it was like a concentration camp, and the room was a homeless one.
The animators almost every day presented useful unique entertainment programs for children, which the children were very happy about. And also the parents.
Volleyball was played in the evenings. In the evening and at night, the sound of the surf was heard, the hotel is almost always quiet and calm.
Smoking only in a strictly designated area, and this was really monitored.

The shops.
On the territory of the hotel you can always buy almost any beer, lemonade, ice cream, beer snacks. upstairs to the left after Neptune there is a very good shop, where there is almost everything you need.

Child.
A child of 1 year and 4 months was fed both with baby food and with what was given in the dining room. They bought baby food and diapers both in the store up there, in Otrada, and in the center of the Professor's Corner, near the pier. Everything is there - pharmacies, a market, and baby food - the April store. On foot from the Hotel 500 meters. If you go, then go there ECO cars - electric cars - 40 rubles travel.
Or a taxi - the three of us went for wine - 150 rubles.

Taxis to the airport are expensive there. from 1500 rubles. I used the services of Taxi-Tavrika - quality and below average prices. compare - I paid 1000 and gave 150 on top for a pleasant company. they have a website - look for an order form there or call by phone. Attention! they don't have enough child seats, be sure to check it out!

Tourist fee. I was surprised by the tourist tax, although for us it amounted to 208 rubles at a cost and I don’t feel sorry for giving this money to the Crimea fund, but I didn’t understand on what basis it is taken, since Crimea is already Russian !! ! ? ? ? As they explained to me at the reception, although Crimea is part of the Russian Federation, it is an autonomy, and Russians for Crimea, as it turns out, are foreigners.

I did not agree with this and said that it was logical to indicate a certain law of the Crimea, which just says that all Russians who are not Crimeans must pay a fee, and not to indicate the law of the Russian Federation No. 6, article 288, it seems, an excerpt from which is given to justify the collection of the fee.

As a result, for 8 days for a standard room with 3 meals a day for two adults (a child is free) they paid 27 thousand rubles.

In general, either choose a more expensive room, or wait until the standard rooms are put in order.
