Yesterday I returned from the Crimea, or rather from the Sersial Hotel! When I was looking for where to go, I shoveled a lot of places in Alupka (I wanted to go there), but I stopped at this hotel. I reviewed a bunch of reviews about the hotel and everything was inclined to the fact that this is what I need. Of course, the reviews were also bad (you know yourself that there is not a single place on earth where there is no Mu. I made an advance payment back in March and for my family (me, wife and daughter 3.5 years old) a Standard + 407 room was booked on the fourth floor overlooking the territory. Upon arrival, there were doubts, but when I entered the hotel, everything was dispelled. We were greeted very warmly and since we arrived very early, and the room was still being cleaned, we left our things and went for a walk around the territory. We didn’t have time to leave when the administrator approached us and said that your room was ready and you could move in (instead of 14:00 we were settled at 11:00) The room, like the whole hotel, corresponded to the description and photos on the hotel website. In general, I will not write further in detail each step, but I will write impressions about the service and the rest itself. So, the restaurant: Breakfast, which is included in the price, pleasantly pleased. For 10 days there were no repetitions. I had enough with my head, but if my appetite woke up, I could order more from the menu. There are complex lunches for 50 UAH per unit. The price includes: first, meat or fish, garnish, juice or compote and some sweet yummy. The prices seemed high BUT!! ! If in Donetsk we have a leg stuffed with mushrooms or some other crap, it costs 50 UAH and they bring a plate, and you try to find it there for 10 minutes, then here........ The portions are just gigantic! If a hodgepodge costs 50 UAH, then this is a bowl of drop dead hodgepodge! ! And all other dishes are the same. There was not a single dish that I or my wife would have rejected or said that: “well, it will do. ” Everything is VERY tasty ! ! The hotel has Room Service And some smart people write that the wait is long…. IT IS NOT TRUE!! ! When ordering 3-4 dishes, they bring in 15-20 minutes maximum. The light bulb burned out. . a call to the reception and after 5 minutes an uncle with a ladder and a light bulb was already knocking on our room. Housekeeping is great! ! And again I will tell the boobies who write that there is no cleaning....YOU BRAIN would turn on and everything would be !! ! You hang a sign on the handle asking you to clean up or when you hand over the keys to the reception, you ask the administrator for cleaning and when you come back everything shines and smells! ! Everything is changing! ! And bedding and towels! ! It is very convenient that from the 4th floor there is direct access to the bar, one of the playgrounds and the pool. No need to go up and down anywhere! The hotel is built on a slope and the bar, pool and playground are on the 4th floor. Very comfortable with kids! You sit on the bar and sip the DELICIOUS cocktails, and the little one splashes in the pool or playground under your supervision. He wanted to eat, but the child does not want to leave the pool or playground, or he himself is just too lazy. . You order at the bar what you need and after half an hour at most the table with dishes and drinks is already set. The territory and the hotel is cleaned every day. Everything is watered, cleaned and washed! ! It seemed like everything was going on around the clock. The pool is very clean! ! Uninterrupted water circulation and filtration. And at night, the cleaner cleaned of twigs and cones that squirrels pick up. The water is very warm! ! It's heaven for kids! ! The pool is large and has two smoothly transitional levels, one for children with a maximum depth of 1 meter and for adults with a depth of 2.5 meters. Sun beds and umbrellas are always available. The artificial grass floor is very pleasant to the feet and non-slip. The staff is very friendly and kind. Manager Alexander has always been interested in the quality of service and recreational amenities. Stops are very convenient. In 100 meters there is a stop in the direction of Yalta and right at the entrance to the hotel in the opposite direction. Now about the sea! I will say right away that the location of Sersial and Alupka itself is the very place for people suffering from asthma and other respiratory diseases. The air is full of scents of trees, shrubs and flowers! ! The descent is very good! ! And those fat-assed who write that it's hard to go back, let them sit at home! ! Yes, of course, it’s hard to go back, but walking, and even in a shady forest, did not cause us any inconvenience. The sea is clear and snorkelling was an unforgettable experience. There are 3-4 cafes on the beach, many tents with soft drinks and beach utensils. Small pebbles are the best for little kids! In general, we were VERY VERY satisfied with the rest! And if we eat next year, we decided not to look for a pig in a poke, but to go to a proven place, that is, to Sersial ! ! I want to thank all the staff of the hotel for a very high service for the Crimea and attitude towards customers! ! Wish you prosperity and success! !
