Were in a pearl room, just chic, excellent, clean, comfortable. Then we moved to the Golden Room, just terrible, small, dark, boring, gloomy, the bathroom is very small, the shower cubicle is dirty and old... The air conditioner was broken, it was very noisy during operation! The difference is very significant! Heaven and earth. . . For the same money!
We spent the night there and moved to a nearby hotel! The money was returned without any problems!
Breakfast is good but boring! Everyone is kind and welcoming! I would go there again, but not to the Golden Room.
Music played very loudly outside at night, but when the windows were closed, it was quiet.
Many times, even while living in another hotel, we went to the Mare Nero restaurant, everything was very tasty, the food was just gorgeous, the cocktails are good! BUT, the lunches were not very complex...
