We were at the Mare Nero restaurant on June 18.2012. There were few people. Out of a dozen tables, only three were occupied. Ordered as expected: first, second, third. For a snack, we chose marinated mushrooms in brackets in brackets: mushrooms and chanterelles. We waited for cold snacks for a long time - about twenty minutes. They brought mushrooms - only canned champignons of a rather weathered appearance. Why, we ask, not chanterelles. Chanterelles, they answer, no (although there is a store around the corner - go buy a jar of mushrooms - it takes half a minute to do). Naturally, we politely declined the meal. Looking ahead, I’ll say that these mushrooms were added to our bill anyway (they said it was by mistake).
We are waiting for the first one. Another fifteen minutes, maybe. And here they are - both the first and the second! Of course, while eating the first second completely cooled down. Although, I repeat, there are few visitors in the restaurant. I can’t say that there is a “park” in the kitchen. It's just a mess in the establishment and they don't care about the customers. The administrator in our field of vision for all the time did not appear. If he was in the institution, he did not identify himself in any way (with a badge or uniform).
We have previously visited the Mare Nero restaurant several times. The quality of service used to be very good. Now, of course, there is no foot! If the owners are not interested in their restaurant, then I hope they do not need profit.
