Nightmare days

We were in this hotel with my family (wife and small child) in April 2009, lived in a suite. I liked it very much. This year we decided to come again, only in season. We arrived in the evening, without prior arrangement or reservation. They asked for available rooms, you could choose what you want a suite or a regular one. We started talking about price. During the conversation, the season began abruptly and, accordingly, the price increased by 100 UAH. (this despite the fact that in this so-called hotel there were free rooms, go choose which one you want !!! ). Okay, we decided to stay for a day (although this is also relative, we checked into the room at 6 pm, you need to vacate the room before 11 pm, while the price is the same as for a day). We settled in a room with a "beautiful" view of the stone wall and a terrible stuffiness (at least they ventilated the room, well, for decency or something). Let's go to the beach. Upon arrival, we decided to dry our wet things and then it turned out that there was nowhere to hang them. All vacationers near the rooms were drying clothes. We found that aunt, the cat. was engaged in our resettlement and also asked for the same drying. For a long time she could not understand why we need drying. I had to explain to the woman that we were on the beach and after we bought wet swimwear from us, the cat. there is nowhere to dry. To which they received the answer that the clothes dryers are over and now she will hang her wet clothes on a wire, if there is room left, then please hang whatever you want. Service-Super! Everything for vacationers. In general, after such a "warm" reception, at 7 o'clock in the morning we vacated the room and went to look for normal conditions with the same normal attitude. More in the "Summer Yard" no foot. As there is no season, so everyone is polite and caring, but as the season, in the eyes of money is money, how to bring down more, and provide less services.
