Now it's time to talk about the guest house in which we lived. This place was chosen by my wife based on location, price and reviews. Back in December 2015 we booked a room for free. So, the guest house "Chaika" on the street. Lenina 23g (do not confuse with the boathouse "Seagull" on Lenina st. 35). We booked a room on the 4th floor with a great sea view. Everywhere is very neat. Corridors, stairs, common balconies, windows, the courtyard itself - everywhere is clean, no garbage. Even if you search hard, you won't find anything. The owner takes good care of it. I must say that I have not seen such a thorough cleaning in the rooms either in Turkey (5 *), or in Thailand (4 + *), or in the UAE (4 *). Moreover, there I constantly left a tip. It is not customary to leave them here. The room had a refrigerator, air conditioning, wardrobe, flat screen TV, 1 single and 1 double bed, table, small kitchen. There were: pots, a kettle, plates, cups, spoons, forks, knives, a cutting board, an electric stove with 2 burners, an extractor hood over the l2ney. The presence of air conditioning in the room was very important, given the hot weather outside: about 35 degrees during the day, about 25 at night.
The Seagull is very quiet. Nobody makes noise or disturbs the neighbors. The owners live on the third floor. The rest are given to vacationers. In the second week of our stay, some of the guests changed. They began to fry kebabs and talk about life over a can of beer / wine. There is a platform in front of the hotel for this purpose. In the evenings it became noisy (with the windows open).
The hosts are Evgeny and Elena. We contacted her for a variety of issues. Always polite and complete responses. It was she who advised me to go to Paradise. And she was right. You can ask her for free hair dryer and beach umbrella.
Each floor has WPA2 Wi-Fi. The signal was good in our room. I used Wi-Fi all the time.
There is always hot and cold water in the room. Each bathroom has a water heater.
Nearby there is a stop "Green Cape", a pharmacy, a canteen, a cafe, a grocery store and a department store. There is a police department a little higher, and a market is even higher. The beach is about 400 meters.
From our loggia (4th floor) it was possible to observe the sea and the surrounding area. Great view. There is also a clothes dryer, table and chairs.
