We arrived at the hotel a day later than planned (because of the child's cold). The day before the date of arrival, the administrator called to clarify whether we were going to come. I replied that we were going, but a day later, because our child is sick. What are you, a bad aunt (whether on the orders of your dishonest management, or you yourself dishonest), did not warn us that we should not go, especially with a sick child, that your hotel is not working due to some kind of "raider seizure muzzle "(quote).
We arrive (8 hours drive). The gates are closed, at the entrance to the hotel there is an inscription "THE HOTEL DOES NOT WORK FOR TECHNICAL REASONS".
We call the city number of the hotel. Doesn't answer. We call the administrator (thank God that I have her number in my phone memory, because she called me two days ago to confirm our arrival). She picks up the phone, says, this way and that, three days ago there was a raider seizure, some kind of thugs came and threw (she said so) us and all the guests into the street. A bad woman, you called me, I told you that the child was sick and we would arrive a day later. Couldn't they have warned them not to come? After all, we drove for 8 hours, with a child, and such crap... So, calmly, without emotions (this is me myself). Only facts.

I tell her, well, they say that I have your phone left, and if not, what do you order us to do? And she told me - what are you, I would have called you myself! She said that it was her management who ordered her not to inform people that the hotel was closed. Let them go, we will settle them in apartments, one of these days we will decide everything and everything will be tip-top. No matter how. . .
In general, she sent some girl for us, apparently also an employee of Akvilon. This girl took us to the cafe "Summer", which, as it turned out later, belongs to a relative (or relative) of the owner. The administrator turned out to be a middle-aged plump woman with blond hair. He says that now I will put you in an apartment, and tomorrow the owner will arrive, you will decide with him. I answer her, I don’t need any apartments, give me my money and I will find myself a normal housing (I remind you that the prepayment in Aquilon is 50% of the total amount for accommodation). To which she replies, I have no money, tomorrow the owner will arrive, demand money from him.
Nothing to do. Hoping for the best, we go for the administrator and another woman (who resettled vacationers) to settle in an apartment. The apartment turned out to be a two-room apartment that had not been cleaned since last year, with stale, foul-smelling linen and moldy pillows, cobwebs everywhere, a musty smell (the windows were opened for the first time after winter) and a dirty bathroom. Such happiness cost 400 UAH per day. The administrator paid for the day and disappeared in an unknown direction. She gave us the owner's number before leaving. The owner replied that he was now in Kyiv, solving this issue (why in Kyiv, I still did not understand), that tonight (and we arrived in Alupka at 14-00) he would be in Alupka and settle everything. Promised to call back. Naturally, he did not call back and did not pick up the phone. He didn't show up that evening or the next day. He did not appear in the following days of our stay in the glorious city of Alupka.
The next day, the owner of the apartment came (whom the administrator paid only for a day) and said that it was time for us to leave. I call the administrator, she doesn’t pick up the phone, I call the owner, he doesn’t pick up the phone, I go to the Leto cafe, if it’s not okay, and I don’t find either one or the other there. And so several times. I pack my things and go to look for a place to live.

Now imagine, because there are people who calculate their expenses, take money exactly as much as they have to spend. We paid 50% for housing, took another 50% to pay for food, travel, entertainment. And here is such a bummer. They do not return the money, they freeze... What a blessing that I had money !!!
By the way, the owner of the smelly apartment turned out to be a normal aunt (although she didn’t clean the apartment before renting it out, she explained this by saying that she didn’t expect someone to settle there on that particular day and was going to clean it “one of these days”). She took us to a mini-hotel on Lenin Street (at the same time, of course, she got her% for bringing tourists from the hostess). The conditions are chic: a swimming pool, a mini-kitchen (microwave, kettle, stove with 2 burners, all the necessary set of utensils for cooking) in each room, rooms are lined with wood, a huge TV with digital TV, an excellent clean Ariel bed that smells of powder, normal pillows, tiled floors, refrigerator (not carpet with stains, cobwebs and cigarette ash in the corners, as in Akvilon), air conditioning, quality furniture, etc. And the price is cheaper than Akvilon (our room cost about 340 UAH per day), but here they charged us 300.
Only from the second day of my stay in the Crimea, I felt like a man and began to move away from stress. Thanks to the hostess of this mini-hotel, a very nice woman who respects her guests.
The day before we left home, we went to the damned Leto Cafe. There, an administrator was sitting at a table and smiling, having a nice conversation with some people. When she saw us, her face changed. She began to tell me how she sent a “boy with money” to the apartment for which she paid for a day, in order to pay another day or move us to another, but we were no longer there. Poor thing, she wanted to move us so much, but we hid. But we called on the day when she allegedly sent a “boy with money” and the next day, but she did not answer. I tell her, so give me the money that you gave the boy, to which she mumbled something indistinct.
The owner never showed up.

But you, I can’t say “respectable” management of the Akvilon Hotel, have lost regular customers in our person. Came here for the third time. Only because of your Terrace, we liked it very much.
