I want to leave a review about the Relax holiday complex, more precisely about their hotel. Several months have passed since the hour of my visit, but I cannot ignore it. Booked a room "Superlyusk" in advance for the wedding, guided by the fact that the institution was after major repairs, and, in principle, everything had to be great. Booking the room, I clarified several times that we want to film the meeting of the brides in them and possibly check in at 10 am, to which the staff responded "WITHOUT PROBLEMS". The day before the wedding I re-typed and reminded again that we will visit 0 10 and we have a wedding, so I would not like any surprises. And so, the wedding day: the man arrived in the room an hour earlier, and when I arrived from the salon, the phrase "just do not worry. " As it turned out, he was not in the room yet, the room was not ready for 12 o'clock, although I asked if there would be any problems with it.
Before that, there were strange people living there, whom the staff was just afraid to disturb, and, as far as we know, they still had problems with payment. It is very difficult to say in a nutshell the state of the supelux room, probably past visitors had a rest "for all the money. " Since it was an extremely important day for us, we decided not to spoil the mood with scandals. the condition of the room has not changed much, it's good that at least the bed was changed with towels, and in the bathroom there was not even soap, not to mention some shampoo or gel. I advise you to stay in this place !!!!! !
