Good evening! The place is very beautiful, we arrived for the first time, the first impression was wonderful, we came as a family with children to relax on my husband’s birthday, we decided to spend the night, but unfortunately it didn’t work out as we wanted. . . we arrived, a sweet girl Katya met us at the reception, took us to the house, we settled in and decided to go to eat. Here the whole nightmare began, which spoiled the whole rest and all the mood! We sat on the flyer, after 10 minutes my husband went for the menu, to which he was told "sit down, they will come to you. ". . in the end, after 4 times we contacted the staff, after an hour we managed to make an order. And 50 minutes later, after I turned to Katerina with a request to return the money for the house, they set the table for us in 5 minutes! We ate, the cuisine is really very tasty, no doubt! But then part 3 began, three times I asked for the bill and waited for it for 30 minutes! Sorry, no matter how busy the kitchen is, but the BILL is half an hour!!! It is something!!! After that, I went up to Katya and said that we were leaving. . . she politely asked if we were fed and made a discount as compensation for waiting (since she said to give us a discount), but alas, we did not receive a discount. . . and when the waiter Tatyana brought us food, set the dishes, turned around and whispered "sorry for the wait" as she left! At the time of our lunch-dinner, since lunch from 16:00 was delayed until 18:30, there were 4 or 5 waiters and a bartender! And there were not so many people as it happens on a day off in a city restaurant / cafe! I will also add that a company with children was sitting next to us! It wasn't all smooth sailing for them either. . . they waited 15 minutes for the cola until they were reminded, and then they waited the same amount of ice for the cola! But cola does not need to be cooked. . . people. . . and they ordered ice cream for the children, who were tired of waiting and forgot that they wanted ice cream! What I want to say is that the place is beautiful, nature, lakes, there is a place for children to take a walk!!! But as for me, it takes two and a half hours to ask for a menu, then ask for an order to be taken, expect this order for about an hour and another half an hour for the bill. . . this is too much!!! Unfortunately, we have no desire to return to this place. . . Thanks to Katerina for her work, as the girl is really in her place, very polite and competent! But the waiters, the impression that they are doing a favor that you are served!
