We rested at the hotel in August 2015 for the second time in a two-room suite. I will say right away: initially in 2012, when I was comparing with Turkey and Egypt, the comparison was not in favor of the hotel, but believe me, in Iron Port this is the best hotel in terms of price and quality, I have something to compare with! You can find more expensive rooms, but as a rule, they will not be better, but rather worse than in the Premiere. - we encountered this in the Iron Port. Pros: helpful, friendly and unobtrusive staff, rooms are cleaned every day, good quality bedding, beautiful well-groomed area, football field, billiards, table tennis, playground, good swimming pool, bar next to it, where delicious coffee and latte, soundproofing and room size and terraces.
Cons: food has deteriorated since 2012, an ordinary dining room, with several times overcooked food: if today there were chops and boiled potatoes, then tomorrow cutlets and mashed potatoes : ) Definitely a buffet would be better, food can be less, but improve the quality! The bread is terrible, is it really difficult to make homemade pastries? ! We drank compote and tea with pleasure!
There is nothing to order in the bar for food, except for barbecue, and only after 19, there is no barbecue at lunchtime. I wanted variety in food, but we didn’t even get pancakes at the bar in a week : ), but there were always french fries. The TV is of an old format and only has 12 channels, in our time! There is no hair dryer in the room, no electric kettle either. Towels sometimes came across old when replaced.
The room could have been better, as for a suite, but considering that the prices at the hotel have not been raised, it fully corresponds to the price, and it cannot be considered separately from the hotel's infrastructure, which makes me personally happy! I hope that when they raise prices, they will take into account the wishes for improving the room. I would very much like a hotel to appear in the Iron Port with good rooms and infrastructure!
