We were already glad to at least rest somewhere, but then the hostess left and appeared after 10 minutes, under the influence of something, she began to say something incomprehensible, be rude, shove mother and child. I had to call the police because the bail was not returned. In payment through private, I indicated that this is a deposit for accommodation, and through the police, they were able to return the money.
On that day, without housing, we were not alone. It was a shock, having traveled 700 km, to be left homeless at the height of the season, it is very, and even having a child and a mother of a disabled person with mobility problems in her arms. Having received a bunch of insults, a scandal, after waiting 5 hours for check-in.
When we were driving, we read bad reviews and thought that these were all competitors, alas, but no. This is a reality, and before you go, think, maybe you will fall into this nightmare. I beg you, stay away from this place.

I'll call tomorrow - as a result I received some vague quick answer that we meet guests and all like call when you will. The most interesting thing started on the day of arrival - they completely ignore the phone or drop it. Finally taking a taxi and driving himself - the girls at the reception say that there are no rooms. Then go out the owner says that I talked to someone not from the hotel when booking and that I did not call and t / n. Then it closes in the office for 15 minutes.
I'm waiting - in the rest at our request returns the amount of the advance that was discarded on the card (clearly my 2000 UAH without specifying how much I paid). And just drives out of the hotel - the result, my child and I after a long journey by train + bus + taxi from Kiev to the Iron Port at 19 o'clock standing in a field (where a pile of dust) with suitcases when terribly hot and incredibly tired ...just went to hotels next to look for where to stay. Hearing from other owners that only this day we were fourth (that the owner Anya who looks like a drug addict / alcoholic just treats people like that and it's normal speech) abroad did not do so. And leaving a review on Facebook and Instagram so they are properly deleted, but. . .

The hotel has just opened, brand new. Since they have just started working, they learn from their mistakes. Close to the sea, okay. Everything is new, though the area needs to be refurbished. Somehow there are not enough cutlery, it would not hurt to buy more. But in general, for the price they charge visitors, everything is fine.
