More wishes of the maid to pay more attention to cleaning the rooms, because. upon arrival, it was clear that they didn’t bother with cleaning, the floor was dirty, the toilet bowl was not fresh, the shower cabin had traces of mold and rust, there wasn’t even soap, it was also dirty on the balcony, plastic chairs were dusty.

Turning to the owner of the hotel with a request to look at the security cameras, he said that the cameras cover only the entrance to the hotel and the parking lot on the camera will not be visible. At the same time, an unpleasant aftertaste was left by a complete lack of desire to somehow help in this situation. The question is, why then declare that the parking is guarded, if, in case of trouble, the administration is not responsible for anything or does not want to help, but at the same time they do not forget to charge 50 UAH per day for parking and only selectively write down car numbers, who are standing there... I hope that the administration will adequately perceive the criticism, take into account the shortcomings and strive for development, so that the guests would like to come to you again, and not just work for profit!

But even the stuffing in pancakes has a taste. . . The hotel area is well-groomed, there a children's area and an area in the form of gazebos and barbecues, which is very convenient for vacationers. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The sea is almost five minutes away. Despite all the nooo, I recommend the hotel for relaxation. Value for money and quality of service at the level.

There are also no bedside tables in a double room with a double bed (water and drops for the nose had to be left on the floor), it is inconvenient to lie down and get up due to very narrow aisles, the table staggered on one leg. There is a TV and air conditioning, there were no problems with them. The refrigerator is either very cold, or very weak, we tried different modes. The price includes only breakfast, every day there were porridges with something. . . egg, sausage, two circles of cucumber and a slice of tomato, etc. , a long loaf, tea; there was no butter, no cheese, and no fruit of any kind. . . Regarding the impression of the service and staff: faced with a rude attitude from the administration on the day of departure. We were accused of missing a glass from our room. The administrator girl raised her voice to find out the disappearance of the glass. We explained that we only had one glass and two mugs, to which she replied that the last time they, I quote her words: "Your Belarusians threw plastic forks and said that it was so. Then a male administrator came, we asked to be shown the price list with the price of this glass, since it was already useless to prove that we had not stolen it, but it was not there initially. Apparently, he did not like that we asked for a price in order to adequately assess the cost and pay for what we did not have, he replied that he would now call the police and they would sort everything out and went to call. We were simply shocked, and since we had spent all the hryvnia, we had to pay in dollars. PRICE OF A GLASS-20 UAH!!! Never seen such anger anywhere else.
