Good afternoon. We returned after a "rest" in this hotel and I want to leave an honest review in order to stop those who wish and warn those who doubt! We have been resting in ZhP for several years in a row, we decided to diversify our vacation and changed the boarding house.
In order:
1. They settled quickly (we arrived at 13.30, but I saw people waiting from 5-6 in the morning).
2. The room turned out to be with mold under the bed, fungus in the shower room, constant humidity in the room.
3. Music yells until 23.00 (if with children, then do not put them to bed).
4. For 10 days, the room was never cleaned, bedding and towels were not replaced.
5. Cleaning is also bad on the territory.
6. There is an acute shortage of lounge chairs near the pool.
7. There were shoes near the room, children's sandals were stolen

8. The kitchen is like a dessert on a cake - the children said that even in the school canteen they eat tastier. Delivery of dishes late, not very clean appliances, to put it mildly inedible - rubber cutlets, vegetable stew - half-baked, gratin - not gratin at all, coleslaw can be yesterday.
Unfortunately, we paid for food immediately upon check-in. As a result, we went to eat elsewhere.
The administration refused to return the money, ignored questions about cleaning.
Definitely do not recommend to check in if you want to have a good rest
