We rented a two-room suite on the first floor overlooking the fountain. I liked everything very much. The staff is very friendly. Everything is perfectly clean, a magnificent courtyard with a fountain and herbs. The kitchen is also on top, you can feel the high level of chefs. For the budget conscious, there is a dining room nearby, owned by Favorit, which always has fresh ready-made meals.

Everything is perfectly clean, a magnificent courtyard with a fountain and herbs. The kitchen is also on top, you can feel the high level of chefs. For the budget conscious, there is a dining room nearby, owned by Favorit, which always has fresh ready-made meals. They don’t have their own parking lot, but there is an inexpensive guarded paid one across the fence, the car was seen from the window of the room. No deficiencies were found. We'll come again!

I really liked the hotel, the rooms are always clean, tidy and smell good. There is new furniture, beautiful beds, the hotel has free Wi-Fi. Beautiful view from the room, clean sea, not many people on the beach. The staff is very polite. Delicious breakfasts. We liked everything and will come back next year.

It can be recommended for young people without children for a couple of days and nights. The first line, the rooms are comfortable, the view from each of the embankment and the sea, the noise from the vibrant nightlife is not heard. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the menu is varied, close to all party places.

From what we did not like: breakfast as a gift, well, such a present. Fried eggs, scrambled eggs and oatmeal, coffee and tea. Everything. For a hotel with 4 * somehow sad.
The yard is very well maintained - tiles, fountain, lawn, flowers - and not a meter of shade. Benches in the sun. Further, there is nothing for children on the territory of the hotel. Perhaps this is such a concept of a hotel, only for adults?
Parking - behind the fence there is a piece of undeveloped territory, overgrown with grass (sometimes mowed). But I wouldn't call it parking.
The beach is not your own, ie. there are a LOT of people on the beach. And further. Given that the hotel and its cafe is located on the first line, the cafe hall is almost always full. Therefore, it happens that you have to wait a little longer than you would like to wait for your lunch-dinner.
P. S. Since we live nearby, we often come here on weekends. We do not stay at the hotel anymore, but we definitely visit the cafe.

And in particular, rent one of the most expensive suites, cons: the furniture is old, broken, the curtains are torn, the toilet stank of mold, not one bullet to the TV did not work, there were no towels upon arrival, prompt response to the legitimate demands of residents (not whims) for at least 2 hours, breakfast is free fiction (one sandwich and a cup of tea or coffee from a bag, which you need to either eat while standing near the reception or carry it to your room along the stairs to the 5th floor), there is no parking at the hotel, and the most basic minus is the Iron Port itself - just a dirty Black Sea village.
