The rooms are clean, always hot water, comfortable mattresses, new bedding and of course the presence of a balcony. There is where to park the car and beautiful gazebos. I would especially like to describe the rooms on the 1st floor: it stinks of rot and rats, the dampness is such that even if your things were dry, they will become wet and smelly. Ham manager says that's the way it should be!

The freezer in the kitchen is 1 for everyone, but if you put your products there, then the redneck manager can put his smelly fish on your products and say that you are not alone here.
The pavilions on the territory where you are offered to eat are designed for 30 people, but the owners and managers are constantly drinking there and you will eat in the room on the bed, because. There are no tables or chairs in the room!

Immediately we were met by Igor, the administrator, brought our suitcases to the third floor and showed us the rooms! The rooms are cozy, clean, the TV works fine, everything is super in the rooms! For such money, the rooms are top notch! The rooms have everything that is written, everything is there, namely dishes and not cheap, it's very convenient, you don't need to drag it with you! The shower cabin is spacious and the toilet bowl is normal! We liked everything! We rested for a week and the attitude from the administration was only positive.

Yes, and communicating with people, we became aware that they, like us, have been resting in the Iron Port for several years, but they stop at Avocado not for the first time and ask for this boarding house! Katyusha is very uncomfortable, there is no kitchen where you can cook your own food. . . the hostess is noisy and seething, in Proskurov the owner is a very miserly man who closes the kitchen and is constantly dissatisfied with everything!
