The hotel is brand new, just opened this season. Everything is clean, fresh. Room decoration is simple, but everything is in place. The rooms have a balcony with a table and chairs - it's nice to sit in the evening.
Complex nutrition is very simple - one day for breakfast there was wheat porridge with sausages and tea - but there are no complaints about the quality. But to the size - there is. Often the portion was not enough for an adult man, I had to order more. Everything on the menu is excellent - cheap and large portions. I did not like the fact that there are no smoking / non-smoking places - you can smoke everywhere and it was annoying.

The territory of the hotel is small, a third is occupied by parking (outside the hotel with parking tight), a third is a gazebo with a restaurant / bar and a third is a platform for, apparently, a pool, which does not yet exist. The good thing is that it is closed - you can safely let the children go swimming freely, they will not go anywhere. The truth is there is no playground. By the way, this and neighboring hotels are quiet in the evening, unlike Turkey, etc. For visitors with children, of whom there were half, this is a plus.
The beach is public but great. Very wide and long, and remoteness from the "center of life" (Limanskaya station) makes it also free. The beach is clean. The beach is 150 meters from the hotel.
In summary, if you are considering a train to Zatoka, Santorini is a good option. New hotel, within walking distance from the beach, with reasonable food and price.
