I've been looking at reviews of this hotel since 2013. Almost all are positive. In 2014 there were already critical ones, but we decided to go.

and now the cons:
1) did not like the impudent administrator
2) had regular problems with Wi-Fi
3) there was no room cleaning... although it was declared
4) and worse that no infrastructure nearby. Stomp to the store for half an hour, there are no cafes, you have to go to the club to go to Limanskaya.
As a result, after 3 days we just moved to a hotel closer to the center of Zatoka. And at least it was not so expensive and there was where to spend time.
I do not recommend especially to those who do not like to go to bed at 2100 on vacation
