We rested at the Veronica Hotel in July 2015. The hotel was chosen based on reviews on the Internet and beautiful photographs. Bought the most expensive room - sea view, on the 2nd floor.
Hotel pros:
- beautiful landscaped area
- great beach
- the presence of 3 playgrounds, including one on the beach and a kids club
- two pools (very useful, because there was a lottery with the sea - sometimes warm, but dirty, sometimes brought algae and jellyfish, sometimes crystal clear, but icy)
- cosmetic repairs in the room (but with reservations)
- availability of free parking
- the presence in the hall of each of the cottages a water cooler, an iron and an ironing board
- delicious pastries
Cons of the hotel:
The biggest downside is the food. The declared three meals a day, the description of which is posted on the hotel website, does not correspond to reality. Milk is now given yogurt every 6 days and fermented baked milk every 6 days (i. e. something dairy once for breakfast every 3 days). For lunch, drink exclusively compote, juices and hibiscus are no more. They cook in different ways, most often - not tasty, the portions are small, the children refused to eat. The only thing is delicious pastries and bread, but not bread alone, as they say : ). Only the waiters and the administrator of the dining room react to criticism, the management suits everything, they are not going to change anything. In general, we had to additionally spend a considerable amount of money on food, including in their beach bar - for the money everything is tasty there, but not cheap. So the food is a 2.
- the bathroom in the room (an old mixer in the shower, the water could not be adjusted, the shelf in the shower was torn off, shampoos and gels were stored on the floor, the toilet paper holder was torn off), there was often a sewer smell in the bathroom.
- room cleaning on request, change of linen and towels - every 5 days.
The hotel is for children, and if it were not for the food, everything would be at a fairly good level. From the rest there were twofold feelings, and if the food does not change (and the hotel is sold only with 3 meals a day), then I do not recommend this hotel for relaxation.
