We are resting for the 5th year in a row in Ruth. Great base, especially like the infrastructure (there is everything you can imagine for recreation: swimming pools, beautiful slides, football field, table tennis, playground, etc. ). BUT the assortment in the canteen is getting worse every year (although no one is still hungry) ...The most outraged this year was the number of people in the canteen (there was just a catastrophic lack of seats, obviously the management did not count the number of seats and the number of vacationers ), the administrator said to walk 15 minutes. then another 30 minutes until the order is brought, despite the fact that the food is in 2 shifts. I understand everything, but at a cost of 600 UAH. per person per day for the food itself IT IS NOT ALLOWED! ! ! ! ! Another disadvantage is that the staff is not trained to communicate with the client at all (to be rude, not to apologize, such a greyhound is nervous young people).
The number fund wanted to be updated a bit too (nothing was done for 5 years).
Again, given the very high cost of living! ! ! ! ! ! ! Animation has also become worse, apparently, to save on frames. Although Ruta is trying hard to match the level of hotels in Turkey, the level of service is clearly not up to par. I would very much like the management of the institution to pay attention to all these points, because I, for example, prefer to rest in Ukraine, but for the money you spend on vacation in Ruta, you can relax, for example, in Turkish resorts with much better level of service. ! !
