Were at the end of June, took 2 rooms for 4 adults and a child. We specifically asked for one room on the first floor, because people of the older generation lived there. As requested, so received. Sometimes the waiters simply forgot to bring us something, but it was worth reminding once and everything was brought.

The weather in the second half of the rest deteriorated, there were thunderstorms, the rain spotted on the balcony. The elastic on the balcony door came off a little, the water leaked into the room, we didn’t notice under the curtain until we came from the reception and said that we were flooding the lower floor. They fixed everything themselves, tightened the elastic, wiped everything and even apologized. Therefore, I can’t say anything about the rudeness that some vacationers write about.
