The main criterion was the location near the sea, a closed and green area, not a large number of people, a playground, a dining room on the territory and there was silence. In all these respects, this place is perfect. If these criteria do not suit you and you want to move, then look immediately, something else, this is a place for a relaxing family holiday. We stayed in double rooms (23 and 24) and what made us very happy was a huge covered veranda where you can sit pleasantly at a table in the evening with a glass of wine and more)) THE FIRST floor is also a big plus, you don’t have to climb anywhere and then go down, went out and you're on the street. The room is also large, which is also a plus, a lot of space, a double bed with a good mattress, but my back didn’t really like it), p. y. with a shower, there is a large closet for clothes, there is a TV,
but ordinary and small, and this is a minus, for this money there should already be an LCD, I hope you take this into account for the future. We didn’t particularly watch it, but we would like it to be, because in other places this is already the norm. I was also very pleased with the availability of WiFi in the territory and in the room. The rooms are cleaned every other day or maybe every day, we did not insist. The bed was changed 3 times. By the way, the territory is also cleaned and watered daily, but unfortunately there is a lot of burnt grass, so you need to think over an automatic watering system, since there is so much greenery, and the view will become even better)) In the yard, there is where to turn around, there are tables under the trees, barbecues, gazebos, hammocks, a playground with a basketball hoop, a playground for children with two swings, balls, bike races, cars, etc. put slides, obstacles, ladders, descents and ascents, roundabouts, rocking chairs, etc. , i. e.
to make it even more fun for little kids. If you are traveling with children, I advise you to take the option of a room with access to the courtyard, so that you can watch the child from the veranda. In addition, there is daily animation for children, all kinds of quests, contests, drawings, etc. At the expense of food, breakfast is included in the price, there is a choice, you can choose 3 dishes and a drink, lunch and dinner can be ordered separately, the price is 125 UAH everyone, but here the thing is, you can go out and eat in other places and for this money, or even cheaper, or take a slow cooker with you and cook yourself, there is enough space for this and there is a refrigerator. To each their own, you won't go hungry. Nearby there is Kopeyka, Tavria and a bunch of other shops and places to eat. What's here, it's also good that the base is located away from the center, which is why it's quiet, and walk to the center for 5 minutes. Near the base is the Zatoka Water Park, you can easily walk to it at a calm pace for about 10 minutes.

Now for the beach. At your disposal are sunbeds with umbrellas and there is a separate canopy, you don’t have to pay money for this, you can see it is included in the cost of living, this is also a plus. What I didn’t like on the beach was the small area of ​ ​ ​ ​ the canopy, and there wasn’t enough space for everyone under it, you need to take a place in the morning. Therefore, it is necessary to increase it at least 2 times, or even 3 times, and it would not hurt to periodically clean the sand from shells, of which there are a lot, I hope the Administration will take this moment into account. What is still missing is the pool, because it happens that the water on the sea is cold or dirty or the waves or just too lazy to go, otherwise children and adults would be happy to go to the beach near it, but... they say that the management has accepted decision and almost this autumn they will start building as many as 3 pools. Therefore, I really hope that next year there will be a pool. In fact, this is already a necessity, since prices are like in Turkey, the main thing is
to keep the price affordable.
Well, now a little bit of negativity, near the administration and the dining room there is a small stake in which turtles swim, and, probably, any other living creatures. His appearance, of course, is already sad, overgrown and not well-groomed, it can be seen that there is little to do with him now, and it is still very important to make a normal fence AROUND him, and not only from 2 sides. All the same, there are small children who, due to their curiosity, can fall into it, as it almost happened with my child, since they managed to catch it, otherwise they were already going to go down to the turtles from the unprotected side. Therefore, be sure to take this into account. In addition, I would very much like the parking to be covered, otherwise the cars just stand in the open space and sunbathe. And yet, stock up on mosquito repellents, there are not many of them without them, because there are reeds nearby. By the way, I advise the administration to plant flowers next to the houses that repel mosquitoes.
For example, Ageratum, Mint, Lavender, Ceylon Citronella or Lemongrass, etc. I hope all this will be done over time.
