2. The quality of plumbing (I have been in many good hotels in Zatoka, but plumbing is the best here)
3. Nutrition (quality, prices, portions)
4. There is a comfortable place to sit, drink, chat
5. Rooms are very clean, ie. they are prepared to move in conscientiously.
What did you like, ie. the price corresponds to the quality:
1. Playground
2. Furniture, mattress, bedding, air conditioning
Did not like:
1. The biggest drawback in the Suite rooms, because of which I will not go there again, is the lack of a window or a window with a mosquito net for ventilation in the summer!! ! Those. get ready for the fact that on summer nights you will have to choose - either fresh air with mosquitoes through the open door (while the room will not be locked), or you will sleep in a hermetically sealed room without fresh air.
2. A small and not silent refrigerator right at the head of the bed

3. Permission from the administration to smoke in the open corridor of the 2nd floor. Those. if residents of a neighboring room smoke at their table, then residents of at least 2 rooms on both sides inhale their smoke. Given the fact that the hotel has everything for children's recreation, this is at least incomprehensible.
4. Small area of ​ ​ the room and a very small closet. Those. by the standards of Zatoka, these are not suites, but junior suites.
5. If you are going to relax with a company of more than 2 people, be prepared for the fact that you will not be able to eat together near the room on the 2nd floor. You will need to either choose a vip room, or settle on the 1st floor, or go to eat at common tables on the 3rd or 1st floors.
5. Distance to the beach - 800m through the railway crossing and shopping and entertainment row.
6. On one side of the hotel there is a busy highway, and on the other side there is a railway with freight trains.
In summary, I will say that if the hotel administration resolves the issue of fresh air access to the rooms and prohibits smoking on the territory, then the price of the rooms (400 UAH / room in the "high" season) will be adequate and I will want to come there with my family again.
