Pros:
1) proximity to the beach (50 m) and the sea (120 m) (wide beach, clean white sand);
2) comparable distance from noise, but good accessibility to civilization (5-7 minutes);
3) water gar / hall;
4) clean kitchen;
5) playground;
6) terrace near the leather room;
7) plumbing - even very good for this level;
8) staff - friendly, goes to a meeting (no one forced us to evict, were free until the evening);
9) Free parking.
Cons:
1) the mattresses seem to be new, but the springs sink into the sides and back - sleeping is not comfortable at all (perhaps only in our room - house . 12.1 floor, sea view);
2) the first impression is a little depressed by the ragged floor, but then you do not notice it (as advice - you can put a small rug by the bed).
