When registering, I asked the administrator for a room that overlooks the courtyard, because the other side of the windows overlooks the rides, which are ten meters from the windows. They work until 12 at night with loud music and squeals of rolling people. I arrived with a child and we went to bed at 22.00 it was not possible to sleep even with the windows closed. The administrator Alla did not react to my request in any way, she just silently gave a card from the room. On the seventh day, I approached her and asked about cleaning the room, since the site says that this room that I paid for should be cleaned every day, to which she told me that the information is outdated and is cleaned after 5 days at the request of vacationers. The bed and towel were not changed for 10 days, although they should be changed after 5 days. When I checked in, the bedspread was stained with nail polish, I didn’t go to complain, BUT at the end, when I handed over the room, the administrator Alla accused me that I had stained it. This angered me, to which I said that in Ukraine this was the first time I had come across such a service and, as an example, I said about the Carpathians.
