We arrived from vacation. I want to share useful information. Don't repeat our mistakes!
To begin with, we found this hotel via the Internet, the hotel is new and has just begun to work, so there are no reviews about it yet, but it’s a pity that there wasn’t. We called them to find out about free places for two families (4 adults and 3 children) on June 28, for three days, they answered that they would call back. They called back saying there is a 4-bed room for 400 hryvnia per room and a 3-bed room for 320 hryvnia with breakfast. Everything went well, we booked. When asked how to pay, we were told upon arrival. Check-in until 14:00. We left at 6:00 am so we could check in on time. This is where the fun began. There were accidents on the highway and we stood in a traffic jam for about two hours. At 12 o'clock we call them to inform them that due to the difficult road we are delayed and we will arrive at floor 3, to which they answer us, we remove the reservation at 12 o'clock.
Accordingly, we begin to resent that they themselves told us that the check-in was before 2 pm, and we were eating with two families with children, there were accidents on the road, terrible traffic jams. To this we were answered, they say, okay, there is still a 4-seater, but there is no longer a 3-seater, look elsewhere. There was no limit to the indignation, we are with the children and we are not going to look for anything, we booked and we are not interested in anything. The answer was, oh yes, there is still a 3-seater, we are waiting for you. Well, we arrived and here is a continuation, they tell us that the room is not a 4-bed room, but a 2-bed one and for two children 10 years old and 4 years old you need to pay 100 hryvnia, and they don’t have 4-bed rooms at all, but for 3-seater pier all the same it is necessary to pay 100 hryvnia for a child of 3 years. When they saw that they were not attacking fools and after a strong scandal, they nevertheless gave us a 4-seater (really) and a 3-seater without additional payments for children for the same amount as agreed. BUT!! ! The service staff ALLA AND ZHANNA are just boorish and rude!

They spoke to us in YOU, THAT THEY SAY WE COME FOR FREE TO RELAX, WHERE WE COME FROM AT ALL AND WHO WE ARE, KIEV PEOPLE HAVE come in large numbers. Madame told us that we can generally tell you that you didn’t call us and didn’t book anything, you can’t prove it. But after we said that all our conversations are written automatically, they got scared! When we raised the issue of breakfast, it turned out that they simply lied to us, they were not included in the price and they don’t have their own canteen. We ate at the Galina cafe, I must say that they cook very tasty, everything is homemade and a great attitude. In the process of rest, many more different moments came up, two days later, when we asked to change our towels (which, by the way, were disgusting, synthetics, did not absorb moisture at all), we were told that the towels are changed every 7 days, when she was asked and at home she also changes towels once a week, she of course agreed to change our towels.
At 10 pm they closed the main entrance and the only way to the sea was through the back entrance and bypassing the hotel from the side. There was no table on the balcony, only two plastic chairs and we took out the bedside table to have dinner. At half 10 in the evening, Alla knocked on our door and demanded to bring the bedside table into the room, saying that we were spoiling their property. Check out the numbers! Upon check-out, we were told that the rest of the guests take out their trash themselves from the room. A room that overlooks the courtyard with a disgusting view, is equipped with a fan, constantly strong noise from trains passing very close, the child woke up and cried. IT COULD BE CLOSING YOUR EYES TO THESE MOMENTS, BUT THE BAD ATTITUDE AND DECEPTIONS ON THE PART OF THE STAFF IS NOT EXCUSED AND OUTRAGED!!!!
