Цена не соответствует Price does not match

We ordered a recreation center in Belarus. The contract specified a stone building. When we arrived, we were settled in a wooden building, motivated by the fact that there were no empty seats. With the naked eye, it was clear that the cost of a wooden case was lower, there were no glass cases, no mosquito nets.
In the room: There is no central light, only lamps, there is a huge hole on the curtain, there are no dishes, only a decanter, everything flows.
The balcony is one common for everyone, if you want to sit in the evening, then everyone walks through you. There are tables on the balcony near each room, but not all of them, if you don’t take it on time, then they take it from you.
Dining room: dirty tables are not cleaned, the dishes are all chipped.
For the money we paid, you could find much better.
