I was at the hotel at the end of 2013 - I liked everything. In addition, there was an early check-in and early check-out, breakfast on the day of arrival - no one required any additional payments.
Re-stayed at the hotel at the end of 2014. There was a promotion - a day 50 euros. Booked in advance, paid immediately with a card. The hotel is international, but we are in Ukraine and decided to play it safe, and over the phone it turned out that early check-in is already paid (pay attention to the information from the official website that check-in at the hotel from 15:00 and check-out 12-13:00) and breakfast this price does not include. I think the administration knows - trains arrive in Zaporozhye early in the morning... And where is the respect for hotel guests ?? ? Where is the international service? It's not enough for me just a nice room in a status hotel. Individual approach is what I am willing to pay for. Unfortunately, there is poor management behind the beautiful sign.
