We rented 6 junior suites at the DION hotel. Stayed with children under 11 for three days.
Our impression was immediately overshadowed by the presence of huge cockroaches and centipedes. In addition, the rooms were very cold, however, when we asked the administration for extra blankets, we were refused, despite the fact that we had small children with us. The rooms were not cleaned for three days.
Children and adults also encountered rudeness and profanity from the security guard.
We were very outraged, because the declared price for the rooms does not correspond to the quality of the services provided, and the attitude towards the guests on the part of the hotel staff is simply outrageous.
