With a tour group we stayed in this sanctuary. We ordered standard rooms, got tiny rooms without furniture (there was one chair for two), a small bed, dirty linen, an untidy bathroom with a toilet where you can only sit sideways. There was no wardrobe, no TV, no fridge. The windows didn't open at all. We had included (breakfast was agreed) in which it was paid for two cutlets, but they gave one and shrugged.

The money was not returned. Do not under any circumstances go there. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in.

Good establishment. The menu is quite extensive and the dishes are tasty and well prepared. The service is attentive and the interior is classy. Very comfortable hotel with internet. Vinnitsa residents and guests of this beautiful city - I advise.
