We chose this hotel as a place to celebrate the New Year, and we already decided on December 30, immediately booked and drove off. Haven't regretted it for a second!
We were 2 families: an elderly couple - our friends and me with my husband and two daughters 2 and 5 years old. We arrived at the hotel by 4pm on December 31st. I can say that in order to check in, you need to go to the admin building, get the keys and guest cards, and only then will your car be allowed into the parking lot. You can drive up to the building (which is a bit far from the central gate), unload things and return the car to the parking lot.
We were placed in building 1, we got brand new Standard rooms next to each other on the first floor. The rooms were cozy and very warm. Hot water was constant and without interruption. .
The restaurant where the New Year's banquet was held is called Kolyba, from the residential building you can walk through the territory of the complex in 5-7 minutes. We had a delicious lunch at the restaurant (although it was more of an early dinner) and then we arrived at the NG banquet around 22-30. I really liked the banquet - the food was delicious and there was a lot of it. Children danced, played, it was great! There were competitions, a group performance, a singer, a gypsy dance. All in all, a great welcome!
On the morning of January 1, they went outside - and there the snow attacked! Like in a fairy tale))) had breakfast - an excellent buffet, delicious coffee. We walked to the zoo - the children liked ostriches, horses, wild boars, rabbits. At this time, a quest was taking place on the territory of the sanatorium, by the way, the management arranged a program for all holidays, every day something happened here.
I really liked the attitude of all the employees of the hotel-sanatorium without exception - now the hotel is managed by the Reikartz company, you can feel good service and excellent attitude towards the client. All smiles, solve any questions.
On the 3rd floor of the first building there is a children's room - this, I would say, is a minus, because there is a staircase in the center of the building, the rooms are located in a circle, and the distance between the bars of the railing is about 20-25 cm - the child can jump down easily. And the mesh stretched between the railing will not save. Here is a minus, over which I would advise you to think. It is advisable to make a children's room on the 1st floor and change the railings, because everyone knows how children love to hang on them.....
