Приемлемо, но цена на "стандарт" завышена Acceptable, but the price for the "standard" is too high

The choice fell on this complex after studying the materials presented on the Web. Remarks apply to the 2-bed standard room.
About the good:
- clean, comfortable room;
- quite quiet (room on the 2nd floor at the beginning of the corridor), although there was a wedding on the 1st floor;
- the minimum set of necessary things in the room (TV in a suspended state, fixed with some kind of rubber band (somehow unreliable! ), a wardrobe with 2 trempels, a rack for clothes, a telephone, disposable slippers, hygiene products in the bathroom (shampoo, soap ), 4 towels (2 small, 2 large), shower cabin (wow, it works! );
- laminate flooring (BUT for October it is already a cold option! A piece of carpet would brighten up the situation);
- the presence of a blanket (very appropriate, because there were already frosts), a coffee table, 2 ottomans and a spacing with 2 glasses (pleased nevertheless);

- well-developed infrastructure (cafe, market, cinema, bank branches, etc. near the complex) and at the same time remoteness from the noisy part of the city, the park is far away, but you can walk for 20 minutes;
- amazing trust in the guests (we "surrendered" the number by phone, leaving the key in the door, as requested by the administrator).
About troubles and disappointments (applies only to the complex):
- expected settlement, or rather cleaning in the room, 20 minutes (although they promised that the room would be ready by the specified time), but this is not critical;
- payment was taken for 40 UAH/day. more than indicated when booking (the reasons were not clearly explained) - this has already alerted;
- a bit crowded in the room, but we only spent the night there - during the day we watched the city and the park;
- no curtains! - this caused particular inconvenience in the morning (the room had 2 windows "with a view" of the tiled roof);
- from the promised was NOT: neither a refrigerator (they kept perishable on the roof! : )), nor an air conditioner (in the corner, however, the fan was lonely bored (for extreme, probably - in frosty October! ).
In general - acceptable, but the price for such a small town and the above shortcomings is somewhat overpriced. Perhaps the reason for this was the pilgrimage of the Jews during that period. But we are not Jews! The inconvenience is the unfortunate location of the reception (3rd floor), but only at the stage of settlement and arrival with luggage. But as for the rest, it was a success, despite some skepticism in the description of the living conditions (I tried to be objective). I hope this information will help someone, and the administration of the complex will improve some points.
