For those who do not like to read a lot, based on my experience, I will express my opinion about the advantages and disadvantages of the hotel. And then, who is ready to spend time, I will share my opinion about the hotel in more detail.

The price includes a transfer from Lviv and Truskavets railway stations to the hotel. It was more convenient for us to come to Truskavets. Two hours before arrival, they called us again and said that they were meeting us, and indicated where. Upon arrival at 11.10 a guide was waiting for us at the indicated place. We waited 5-10 minutes until everyone who arrived came up, and... we went on foot ? . At first, slight bewilderment and even indignation. We have never had such a transfer before. But it turned out that the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station. I figured that if everyone who was with us was loaded onto the bus and taken to the hotel, it would take at least 30-40 minutes. So those who come to Truskavets, don't worry, it won't be long to go. 85% of the way to the hotel is asphalt, and if the bag is on wheels, then there are no problems at all.

At 11:35 we were at the hotel. And the check-in is from 14.00. We thought about leaving our suitcases and going for a walk. But having treated everyone with a loaf and champagne, it was announced that there was no need to wait until 14.00, and they began to settle. Well, "cool", we liked this approach - a big plus for the hotel!
Check out was also very, very polite. Our train was at 12.35. We decided to leave the hotel at 12. At 11.40 the maid came and said: "We would like to remind you that the check-out time is 12.00". We said we know. And, as planned, left the hotel at 12.00.

Booked a double economy. Whether we were lucky, whether it is so. But the room is clean, tidy and refurbished. The beds are comfortable with decent mattresses. Clean white bed without stains. I looked for dust in the room, but did not find it. The room has an LCD panel with 60 channels, a refrigerator, a hair dryer. Clean bathroom, shower without fungus. I was extremely surprised, I expected that it would be much worse. And here it is. Also in the room we were waiting for a 5 liter bottle of water. A trifle, but nice. Once again a plus for the hotel!
Of the minuses - the room has cheap front doors. Either they were made that way, or they were led. But in the room you can see the light from the corridor through the gap. When "uncivilized" people walked along the corridor, it was heard that wild monkeys were walking, who did not understand that they were not alone in the hotel. I also didn't like the double glazing. Despite the fact that we lived on the ninth floor, we could hear passing buses and music from nearby cafes. But all the music ended at 23.00. But not from the neighbors, who could be heard from behind the thin walls.

Excellent food, always fresh and tasty. There was always enough to eat, and there was always a choice. But the buffet system is not yet for our people. Some, I don’t even know what to call them, seeing such an abundance and variety, they begin to take everything, absolutely everything on their plates. Or one thing, but definitely a lot. Then, of course, the staff took away all these plates with half-eaten food. And I never ceased to wonder, why do this? Why take 5 pieces of cake, smear them with your hands, bite one and leave. Why take 10 tablespoons of salad, and then, after eating one fork of salad, leave it mixed with a side dish and leave. In general - game!
Of the minuses, this is dinner time - from 17.00 to 19.00. I would be incredibly happy if this time was shifted at least an hour ahead. This time gave rise to another, albeit small, but problem. Namely, those who came to dinner at 18:20 and later could be left without something that the savages liked, whom I wrote about above, who scored everything, but did not eat even half. And the process of serving some dishes in the restaurant upset. The staff did not immediately see that something was over and it was necessary to bring it. For dinner, they always made something delicious. Made pizza a couple of times. But as I understand it, they carried it out a maximum of two times in the evening. Those who came at 17.00 got it. The rest…well, sorry, come early. And here the stick is at two ends, on the one hand, savages who take 80 olives out of 100 into one, excuse me, “snout”. And on the other hand, a hotel that cannot feed the savages with olives and pizza. So I'm not offended by the hotel, they can be understood. But maybe it's better to either not make this pizza, or give it to the savages, one slice per person.

I won’t write much, I think that 5-6 excursions a day to choose from is a great option to satisfy guests of any age category and with different interests. Excursions are solid, with good guides and guides. Here is a big plus for the hotel!
