First about the good: the best in the whole spa hotel! Really worth a look. Pools and saunas for every taste!
Although the condition of the tiles and some saunas wants better - no one cares. You can be easily injured.

Now they are bad: the room was not cleaned (for two nights and three days of stay), towels were not even replaced. The maid came into the room, without even apologizing, to her home. And all because I thought we had already left.
Concerts and discos were held in the assembly hall for children of the camp - guests were not warned about the possible inconveniences - an additional minus, because the room was located above the assembly hall. Accordingly, it was not possible to rest properly.
On Monday at 12 (as expected) we had to move out, and before the eviction we planned to get to the spa area. And from surprise to 12 o'clock!

Is it really impossible to do a sanitary hour at night or, secondly, to gather the necessary staff at 8 am and carry out the necessary manipulations in the same 2 hours?
Why should guests suffer? What can they do at this time? Nothing else works in the hotel!
The staff did not even react to the remarks at the reception! And why? I'm the only one who complained, the rest will be silent!

Restaurant: the Swedish line is a plus, but it all ends positively. The tablecloths are torn, you need to look for appliances in the hall. And the hall itself is not designed for such a large number of people - three institutions (Geneva, Propenad and the actual "Grand Royal") - there are simply no seats. From drinks - compote. And the one without taste.
