I have been to this hotel many times, this was my favorite hotel, so there is something to compare, the hotel does not currently match the price and quality, it needs urgent repairs, dirty white carpet with stains everywhere in the rooms and in the halls, the bed is in spools , in the hammam there is a fungus on the ceiling, they were afraid to go in, it’s impossible to go into the Roman steam room because of the smell of the fungus again, the water in the pool has stopped heating as before to 32 degrees, now the water is + 29, the air temperature is + 27, I personally feel cold, I practically did not swim, the child immediately has blue lips. But they used to warm up to 33 degrees! There is no really hot pool anywhere, although the territory of the spa complex allows you to make one of the mini-pools with really hot + 40-42 water, but all the small pools are cold. not comfortable, alas : -( they save on heating for such and such a payment? ? The price has not changed, but only increased, but there are no investments in the hotel, as it was built 10 years ago, and they operate, no innovations, no improvements. The rooms are in need of renovation for a long time. The staff is kind of indifferent, like robots, no ind. approach, no flexibility. The only thing, as usual, was the doctors, the Thai masseuse and the rental of Segways (a very good boy is at the rental). We moved to the Chalet Graal, so it's heaven and earth! everything is new, stylish, modern, super bathrooms, the staff is interested in your opinion, super service. We are unlikely to return to Rixos, alas : -( Especially if new stylish hotels open nearby.
