Отель неплохой, но не все так идеально как на картинке. The hotel is not bad, but not everything is as perfect as in the picture.

There is a problem:
1. INTERNET is slow. WI-FI is very weak. SHAME for such a hotel. In the yard of the 21st century, without the Internet, nowhere.
2. There are no napkins in the room.
3. There is no kettle, no ironing board and no iron either. A child fell ill, there is nothing to heat the water with, there is nothing to give medicine (no teaspoon, ironing a T-shirt - call the laundress. Why? ). I understand that the hotel is not for the poor, but it is not reasonable to contact the room service for every trifle.
4. Asked the staff to leave more water in the room 0.5l.
At first I bought water 0.33l. "Morshinska" for 40 UAH. for a bottle, but as much as possible, I had to go to the store... SHAME.
5. In the showers near the saunas there is a strong smell of urine, very strong. SHAME. Wash.
6. For that kind of money, they could at least include a couple of bottles of wine in the diet, for appetite.

7. The pool is both outside and inside are good (Cool). The temperature of the water in the pool inside is normal, but when you leave the pool in the room, the air conditioners work very hard in places. The result is that the child is ill. The water outside is a bit cold for the kids.
8. On the street, I would like a good playground with a rubber coating for playing football, basketball, volleyball. Not only old and sick people come for treatment and rest. . .
On the previous review, I’ll write that I bought a washing vacuum cleaner, they wash the carpet on the floors.
9. Everyone in the hotel and the medical center is friendly, the service is fast and qualified. The food is varied, fed for slaughter. 10. The children really liked the children's room, wonderful teachers.
11. The keys open the room very badly. I had to play with the opening of the door for a very long time.
12. The clothes dryer is weak and small. (After the procedures or the pool, all clothes do not fit and do not dry completely).
The problem is that hotel employees do not read our reviews and do not take any action. One gets the impression that they are not worried about the hotel, whether it will be considered one of the best in Ukraine. Will it be at least 70% similar to those RIXOS hotels located in other countries (at least Turkish). The hotel was built and the first year the Turks worked in it.
So far, only the price is similar to 5* hotels in other countries.
For my part, I 50% want to go there with my family. Let's hope that not Ukrainian, our native mentality, indifference, lowered the rating of the hotel, to the smell of Soviet deputies. Both staff and guests are to blame.
