I stayed at the hotel in June 2009. Location - right next to the platform of the railway station, separated only by a road four meters wide. Accordingly, one side of the building faces the platform. The second - on the road, parking near the railway station and the station itself behind it. The remaining sides are the courtyards of neighboring buildings. There is no outside area for outdoor seating. Previously, it was a warehouse, now in this building a hotel, a grocery store and a cafe-bar. The hotel has two branches in this building with individual entrances each: the first is located on the 2nd floor and above, open since 2004; the second - on the 1st floor, when viewed from the entrance, opened a year ago. I was in the second and, accordingly, I will describe it. From the fence to the entrance there is a small space, not yet landscaped, most likely intended for parking cars of vacationers. This department has doctor's, masseur's, bathroom and physiotherapy departments. All equipment is new. Rooms start at 20. The furniture and plumbing in the room are in good condition, hot water is available all the time, the design of the rooms is pleasant. The rooms are different in relation to the bathrooms - some have a bath, others have a shower. Since the walls of the room are very thick, it is always cool in the room (if it is a hot day). If the day is cold (15-16 degrees) - I froze. That is, if you are a heat-loving person, then you need to stock up on warm clothes for being in the room. You can borrow a kettle and hairdryer from the maid. If the room faces the railway station, then under your room there will be a bar that the locals love and often celebrate events there. These events end after midnight, and while the company disperses - you hear all this with an echo effect. Also, on good days, people are eating and talking in the bar's summer area, and all this is heard as if it were happening in the room. In general, this is the noisiest side of the building, you can save yourself by closing the windows. The station itself and the station life associated with it did not particularly bother me.
You can eat in the same bar, everything is cooked well. There is a complex dietary (63 UAH) and improved (90 UAH) nutrition. I took a diet, day to day was different, then steam meatballs (very good) for lunch, then sausage. There is not a lot of food in terms of volume, but there is no choice, what they brought is what you eat. I survived a week, then took it from the menu.
Room cleaning mainly consisted of taking out the trash and changing towels (they were changed every day! ), sometimes vacuumed and dusted, sometimes they didn’t come in at all.

The staff are friendly and never hesitate to help.
