They lived in the 202 Lux room for a week. The hotel is tired. The ceiling between the floors is wooden, the floor creaks like snow in winter. Inter-room noise isolation is poor.
The furniture is shabby, the sofa in the living room is constantly folded, if you sit down carelessly, sleeping on such a bed is dangerous for your health. There is no concept of the hotel (it should be printed in the rooms).
Nutrition - so that they do not die of hunger. On the information board (street), the price is listed as UAH 200, but in fact it is UAH 250. And why is the sticker on the stained-glass window of the hotel worth "Analysis of urine pH" and this is the facade of the building, especially when you come in when you eat and such a sign. The cozy area is not cleaned at all, the urn near the barbecue is full of garbage, trees will soon grow between the cobblestones.

On the website, it is written that it is 200 meters to Buvet, but in fact it is 600 meters, half of it downhill. Massage on the site UAH 250 per hour, in fact 30 minutes. Complete deception.
The hotel operates on a "grey basis", no fiscal check. The staff is minimal. Deductions to the budget 0.
I have no moral right to recommend this "overnight stay".
