It all started very well, we were greeted by already set tables, and everything was delicious! But when the time of check-in came, there was a pause, no one heats the room until there are no guests. Nowadays it is normal to save, but when they know that there will be guests soon, they should turn on the heating for at least an hour. We got a nice room, but very big, one battery barely warmed up all night, so I slept dressed and still froze, because the blankets are just summer! ! ! ! ! And not only that, for 1 person 1 blanket, the second in the room was not, as well as another set of towels! This is not normal!
