The layout is such that even though there are a lot of people in the sanatorium, but no one is visible) everyone walks, wanders, but no one interferes with anyone. If you want to have some fun, there is a bar inside and there is a bar outside. We just got to the Euro 2012. We went to watch the broadcast and ate barbecue) The territory is huge. In the evening before going to bed there is a place to work up a dream) Of course, there were not enough trips to the mountains like in the Carpathians)
As for the treatment. For the money this is the best I've seen. And even more. Great doctor, unfortunately I don't remember his name. It was a plump woman with glasses (Russian-speaking). Great person and professional. Wrote many procedures for free. No one was forced to pay. She didn't ask for anything in her pocket. You could come up at any time and ask for something else or change. I was always interested in how you feel, whether everything fits. Most importantly, absolutely sincere. The staff that releases the procedures is beyond praise. Thank you so much girls. And this despite the fact that people work for 0.5 or 0.75 rates - this is 400-600 UAH, but in real life they work much more. And they come from all the surrounding villages. There are no jobs anywhere else. Under such hellish conditions, people remained humane. No one looks through his teeth, complains about life and demands nothing. Seeing such an attitude, I just want to thank you. I repeat, for 260 UAH per day - it is unrealistic. In other sanatoriums for 400 UAH, you can not even dream of such a thing. Unless the surroundings are better. But that's not the point, after all. Main treatment. Hydrogen sulfide baths - a fairy tale. This is of course very individual. But they approached me. The main thing is to make not hot water, but lukewarm. and not immerse yourself in them completely - to the heart. Otherwise, it's hard on the heart. The feeling after them is indescribable. How was born. At the same time, relaxation and sleep hunting, but then a surge of strength)
Now food. Ordinary table food. Dietary. Who is so accustomed to eating - not a problem. But since I don’t have a food culture, it wasn’t enough for me)) especially in the evening) when, out of habit, I want to chew all the time)) well, I just ran to the store and indulged myself with all sorts of filth) they brought fruits, you could buy on the spot. There is also a bigger shop in the village not far away. They often gave me honey. It went great with pancakes)
Leisure. There are excursions. There is a library. At first, I took a lot of books. But I didn't read almost anything. I just didn't want to. During the day you run so much that in the evening you just wanted to wander, sit, think and listen to the silence and the chorus of frogs))
Number and conditions. I am not a picky person. Ordinary standard number of the Soviet construction. Everything you need is there. Hot water, table, chairs, balcony, TV. It is bad that there were no dishes, a kettle and a refrigerator. They begged for dishes and bought a kettle. Sleeps great. After hydrogen sulfide baths - like a dead man.
Now for the disadvantages.
But this is only a claim to management. It can be seen that there is no owner there, but only a fundraiser. The flow of people there is very large. From an economic point of view, the sanatorium is not poor. And besides, the staff works for a penny. But where the money goes is unclear. The resort is in poor condition. There is some cosmetic work inside. But there is trouble outside. It's such a pity for this place! The only thing that bothered me was the pool. More specifically, the person in charge. Just rude and dork. The indoor pool is large, there is where to disperse. But when we saw what a raid on the water and asked to change it, we were sent. There is also an outdoor pool. Small, but sunbathing and swimming, freshening up is enough. For all 2 weeks, no one changed the water and did not clean it. It was just that rainwater had accumulated up to the knees, which had already begun to bloom. And a bunch of frogs that couldn't get out. We managed to save some) It was very hot. You can't stay long without water. I had to go to this paddling pool. But it's not so scary. It was scary when children started floundering and even diving there. And in this heat, the water has already begun to stink. We again went to the uncle, they said that you should produce unsanitary conditions, there are children and they can swallow this water. We were sent already in plain text, without embarrassment. We went to some chief, they swore to us, they promised, but... They cleaned it only on the day of departure, when it was cold and raining. And, lo and behold, we got knee-deep water again)) It’s a pity, of course, it’s really cool there, fresh air, Christmas trees, sun and water) but....We didn’t manage to swim)
Conclusions:
Excellent treatment. especially those who have problems with the musculoskeletal system (there is even a hood). For the money you get 200% more. Good atmosphere, good doctors, magical girls on procedures.

In the future, in order to catch the attending physician and beg for some more procedures or change it is not realistic, but you can pay through the cashier! The food is monotonous, but they do not starve. You have to organize leisure yourself, since it is absent there, except for walking in the field or around the territory of the sanatorium, but there is also a shop and a bar on the territory. Therefore, I advise you, if you really want to visit the Medobory sanatorium for no more than 10 days, then you will not regret the wasted time, nerves, money. In general, it is better to find a more worthy (for the same money) sanatorium! By the way, money for unused days is NOT REFUNDED, I left 3 days earlier and the money was not returned to me!

They didn’t do any research because I didn’t pay extra to the doctor because she went on vacation and I was without a doctor for two weeks !! ! The deluxe room was amazing. To the question - where is the promised euro repair? (when ordering a voucher, all the delights of a holiday were vividly described) - the administrator looked up, full of surprise and replied that everything was as promised... Everyone has their own Europe...
At the appointment with the attending physician, I had to beg for the desired procedures. We can talk about the examination purely conditionally, since a urinalysis is performed, only a general blood test (there is no one to do a detailed one - the doctor quit), no one hinted at the cardiogram, and I had to pay for the ultrasound separately, although this examination is included in the list of paid procedures. This is despite the fact that gratitude for the treatment was given to the doctor in advance - alas, it is not justified.
In the pump room, a small queue to the tap with the required salt concentration (out of 3 possible options) made me smile - because the water is the same everywhere, with the only difference that there is warm and cold...

To say that there are not enough devices for procedures is to say nothing. The old mechanisms, patched and patched, clearly cannot cope with the flow of people who want to improve their health. You can easily wait at the offices for 40 minutes (taking into account the preliminary appointment). You can’t look at the disinfection of masks for inhalation without tears - rinsing in a basin of water is unlikely to have an effect...
The greatest luxury is manual massage - but it can be prescribed even after 5-7 days of stay in a sanatorium, since massage therapists are living people and are simply not able to work around the clock...
Speleotherapy, as well as aromatherapy, caused a bitter smile... In the room where 15 people were sitting, they lit home aroma lamps with a candle inside... Nice, but during the procedure, microbes and odors in a small closed room increased inexpressibly, but the aroma "sniffed" with difficulties.
Most of the specialists promised in the advertisement of the sanatorium were simply not there for 3 weeks.
The suite has been equipped with a TV with cable TV - 9 channels at your complete disposal. However, the last 2 days we were deprived of this because of a breakdown.
Cleaning. After the first one, it was easier for me personally to ask the vacuum cleaner to leave for half an hour than to silently contemplate the islands of dusty rugs. They treat the vacuum cleaner with reverence - it is the only one on the body...
The bedding is clearly not the size of the bed and blankets, so there was a constant desire to nail them or at least grab them with tape.
Scheduled hot water is of course not a problem, but a cold heated towel rail and batteries are unlikely to add optimism, subject to constant water procedures and the far from hot month of October outside the window.
There is no point in discussing nutrition - everyone has their own claims on this matter.
BUT ! Chipped dishes and fork-spoons of all stripes and times left an unpleasant aftertaste, however, as well as poorly wiped tables that had never seen tablecloths. Dishes with food are brought in at the same time and it is possible to eat the second dish hot only if the first one is not available... In addition, the dishes are removed only after the "clients" leave, so the mountain of plates on the edge of the table just strives to simply fall off.
In the same part of the dining room (a smaller hall for the tenants of the deluxe rooms), dances are held on weekends. Everything would be fine, but after the entertainment events it would not hurt to simply wash the floors. Unfortunately, 3 weeks before that, it never happened - everything was limited to SWEEPING! Thanks, at least we didn't smoke in the hall. . .
At the end of the stay, when asked to make a copy of the results of a few tests, I came across a puzzled look. After a more urgent request, the attending physician simply rewrote the list of procedures performed... This is despite the fact that the book remains in the hands of the patient... Everything turned out to be very prosaic - he simply did not have the results of ALL 2 tests !! ! Of course, by joint efforts we found them.
The stated hypotherapy is not carried out in wet weather and is generally contraindicated in most patients with spinal problems. So few of the vacationers enjoy it.
Apitherapy has remained a mystery to us as before - since bees have the peculiarity of sleeping with the onset of autumn (although no one warns about the abolition of apitherapy in the cold season, and we amateurs are unaware).
Beer therapy. . . If you have the opportunity to walk 10 minutes to the only store in the area, or even better drive 5 minutes to the brewery, then beer will cost half as much.
But if you want to combine business with pleasure, then don’t expect it - there will be no miracle. There are no special sights around, just as you can’t find impressive landscapes for spiritual relaxation - plowed collective farm fields and small islands of pine trees - that’s the whole region.
Perhaps my story about a spoiled vacation will cause confusion for someone - but take my word for it - a spa vacation is not a luxury, and I compare it with similarly priced resorts not abroad, but in Ukraine, and far from the most fashionable places. It's just a pity that it was not possible to find more complete and truthful information about the place of the upcoming vacation in time.
Of course, nearby is the Pochaev Lavra, the source of St. Anna, the hermitage of Seraphim of Sarov. But this is a completely different - charming story...

Scheduled hot water is of course not a problem, but a cold heated towel rail and batteries are unlikely to add optimism, subject to constant water procedures and the far from hot month of October outside the window.
There is no point in discussing nutrition - everyone has their own claims on this matter.
BUT ! Chipped dishes and fork-spoons of all stripes and times left an unpleasant aftertaste, however, as well as poorly wiped tables that had never seen tablecloths. Dishes with food are brought in at the same time and it is possible to eat the second dish hot only if the first one is not available... In addition, the dishes are removed only after the "clients" leave, so the mountain of plates on the edge of the table just strives to simply fall off.
In the same part of the dining room (a smaller hall for the tenants of the deluxe rooms), dances are held on weekends. Everything would be fine, but after the entertainment events it would not hurt to simply wash the floors. Unfortunately, 3 weeks before that, it never happened - everything was limited to SWEEPING! Thanks, at least we didn't smoke in the hall. . .
At the end of the stay, when asked to make a copy of the results of a few tests, I came across a puzzled look. After a more urgent request, the attending physician simply rewrote the list of procedures performed... This is despite the fact that the book remains in the hands of the patient... Everything turned out to be very prosaic - he simply did not have the results of ALL 2 tests !! ! Of course, by joint efforts we found them.
The stated hypotherapy is not carried out in wet weather and is generally contraindicated in most patients with spinal problems. So few of the vacationers enjoy it.
Apitherapy has remained a mystery to us as before - since bees have the peculiarity of sleeping with the onset of autumn (although no one warns about the abolition of apitherapy in the cold season, and we amateurs are unaware).
Beer therapy. . . If you have the opportunity to walk 10 minutes to the only store in the area, or even better drive 5 minutes to the brewery, then beer will cost half as much.
But if you want to combine business with pleasure, then don’t expect it - there will be no miracle. There are no special sights around, just as you can’t find impressive landscapes for spiritual relaxation - plowed collective farm fields and small islands of pine trees - that’s the whole region.
Perhaps my story about a spoiled vacation will cause confusion for someone - but take my word for it - a spa vacation is not a luxury, and I compare it with similarly priced resorts not abroad, but in Ukraine, and far from the most fashionable places. It's just a pity that it was not possible to find more complete and truthful information about the place of the upcoming vacation in time.
Of course, nearby is the Pochaev Lavra, the source of St. Anna, the hermitage of Seraphim of Sarov. But this is a completely different - charming story...

The site is informative and interesting.
I came with my wife to your sanatorium for the weekend (August 23-24-25).
In order to improve the quality of services, I am writing to you about my impressions.
For all my unpretentiousness and undemanding (I'm 54 years old, I remember the level of the USSR)...... The impression is average. (unfortunately for the weekend for guests from Kyiv it is impossible to relax):
Negative:
1). Massage on Saturday (from 1 pm) and Sunday is impossible to get for any money (even at a double rate).
2). The room is cleaned (we checked into room 211) "for the foreman. " Dust, cobwebs in the corners, many months of rubbish behind the bedside tables.
(If you now go into this room and move the bedside tables, you will probably see the whole mess for yourself)
3). I paid in cash immediately for 3 days (23-24-25).
But... when we (disappointed) decided to leave on the morning of August 24, they did not return the money for us for the accommodation and food services that we did not receive for August 25. The money was not returned to me. (and this money is NOT EARNED by your Enterprise! )
4). Unfortunately, on Saturday I had to have fun on my own.
such a widespread phenomenon in Turkey, Egypt, the West, as ANIMATION specialists (in other words, culmassists) did not show themselves in your Sanatorium in any way on Saturday, although in the depths of one of the buildings I saw a sign Department of Culture.
The most they could do was put the speakers outside and play music……
It's a pity…. Instead of 1 or 2 technical workers, you would have 2 talented young specialists after a cultural education school....Vacationers-sick people would get more positive impressions.
Positive - the pool worked, we swam to our heart's content.
