Look for a hotel with such a high level of service even in Western Europe. The unfortunate Estonian tourists, i. e. we succumbed to the misleading advertising of one "three-star" "hotel" in Svyatogorsk, but God sent us the Rocher Royal Hotel, where we went to dine after the "service" shock... And ended up in paradise. It so happened that we were met by the restaurant administrator Eugene himself. He led me to the wardrobe, and then to the restaurant. All the staff, apparently, went through the strictest selection when hiring, in the purest form, in white gloves, with the most polite attitude towards customers. As in the best 5 STAR hotels in Estonia, where the customer is king. Beautiful design of the hotel and restaurant, friendly receptionists in expensive uniforms. And EXCELLENT dishes, whatever you take. Amazing cuisine. Huge thanks to the chef.
We ate at the Rocher Royale all weekend and on Monday mornings. Food for Estonian prices - normal. Room prices are high, but the service is worth it.
They gave tea from the heart, because our principle is that we are ready to pay, but give us a great service for this money.
