Just one night.... The hotel is terrible. Rooms with sockets falling out, a terrible smell in the bathroom and plumbing that falls apart when touched, it’s disgusting to take a shower... And when you leave, they can get nasty, well, the young lady at the reception didn’t like that the hotel guests decided to wait for their train in the lobby.

I visit Sumy on a business trip once a month. Over the past two years I have stayed only in this hotel. Very convenient, close location from the railway station (100-150 m). Very attentive staff. Comfortable rooms, always clean . The food is excellent. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The service is at the highest level.

This is not the first time in Sumy, but it was the first time I got to Yubileinaya, on the advice of friends. My rating is a solid "Five". New hotel, everything is on the level, service, food, clean, the client is respected and "always right". Prices are democratic as for a three-star hotel.
