Misunderstanding

This review is not the result of what I liked or disliked in Buimerovka, but rather an attempt to systematize all the questions that I had during my stay there and my colleagues discussed this trip on Monday after returning. Well, as a result, the opportunity to think about life in general and it is possible to convey some semblance of a review to the administration of the "resort", which, as I understand it, not only reads reviews, but also actively writes them.
I’ll say right away that I didn’t go there for my own, but with a voucher that lay in our office for about six months and was used only from the principle: “Freebies should not be lost! ”.
So, first things first: the turn off the highway and the very first question: If Buimerovka is a brand and the land 360 km from Kyiv costs a penny, couldn’t it be possible to make the inscription “Buymerovka” in letters at least 3 times more, and not hang it on highway like a restaurant menu? Maybe some deep idea?

However, the asphalt at the entrance to the complex is beyond praise - it immediately creates a premonition that you are going to a decent place. Registration and general view - no surprises - the photos on the site accurately reflect reality.
Number. At first glance, everything is OK - a good soft carpet, a decent environment. We were pleased with the presence of a “kitchenette” with dishes and we appreciated the idea of wicker furniture - solid furniture would hardly have been bought there anyway - and it looks like very much even nothing. Then again there were questions. Why are the pipes in the bathroom all outside and not under the tiles? In combination with a 50 liter boiler hanging over your head, you get the impression that you are washing somewhere in the basement. Well, let's say the answer is - it's expensive, but it costs no more than a tube of glue to glue back the corner of the sink, but it's not done... The TV seems to be new, flat, BUT it has about 20 channels and only 2 or 3 of them are of normal quality. Bathrobes seem to be there, but washed to holes. Slippers seem to be, but one pair... Savings?
Sincere surprise was caused by the packaging of Erotica condoms in a basket with soap and shampoo - sort of with naked women in the picture for about 1 hryvnia per pack. Why are they in a suite, if even Kiev students buy something more decent?
Pleasantly pleased with the presence of heating - we were not allowed to freeze.
The presence of the sign "clean the room" on the handle of our door went unnoticed by the staff. We didn’t really need cleaning as such, but two more servings of shampoo would have been very handy, since for 3 days there were only 2 bags of 5 grams for 2 people.

The reviews wrote about the high prices for drinks from the minibar. I rather disagree with this: 5 UAH for a mineral water and about 100 UAH for a bottle of wine is quite acceptable, which cannot be said about prices in a restaurant. Although everything is fair here - all prices are on the website, and a curious guest will be ready in advance, but the difference in the number of people at breakfast, which is included in the price of accommodation, and dinner, which is paid separately, speaks for itself.
And why is there only one type of beer in a restaurant of such a high price category? And not the best? And why is there no normal bar in its classical sense, so that you can drink the same beer not in a canteen for 40 tables, of which only 3 are occupied, but in a more comfortable atmosphere? Again, the serving of dishes: why all at once, and not in turn, as is customary in decent places? At breakfast, I was very unpleasantly surprised by the lack of normal brewed coffee - only instant and far from the best. What's this? Want to save money and sell your brewed coffee separately?
Entertainment. There are so many questions here! Why is the _only_ boat broken and no one is repairing it? Why is a ping pong ball offered for mini golf? What is the point of bowling with a concrete lane where the ball bounces, and why is there no normal bowling? Why are bicycles not just old, but crumpled, rusted and not even oiled? Why is a room with three mechanical trainers proudly called a "gym"? As a result, attempts to find at least some working and meaningful "entertainment" took no more than an hour, the rest of the time I had to have fun without using the announced inventory.
I really liked the horseback riding. Although by no means the splendor of the service, but just the same, its absence. Those. after we honestly admitted that this was our first close acquaintance with these animals in our life, we were helped to climb on them and, waving our hand into the forest, they said that they would be waiting in an hour. Thus, we were provided with a wonderful romantic walk along the forest paths.
The forest near Buimerovka is really nice. Clean enough and nice to walk around. On our arrival, he pleased us with a large number of chanterelles and other mushrooms, which were immediately cooked in the room - that's why there are pots !!!

Staff. There is a lot of it! Much more than I would expect to see in an institution of this magnitude. The girls are very friendly, there is a sincere desire to help, but not knowing how and with what... Sometimes it seems that instead of good training, the staff was provided with a solid pendel.
Thus, from the particular to the general, from small details, a general impression of unfinishedness, oversight, in general, a misunderstanding is created...
P. S. But the sales department is truly admirable. If they manage to sell IT for THIS money, then they really do their job! The only pity is that in most cases they will have to look for new clients every time, because (IMHO) very, very few will agree to a repeat visit.
