There is a difference, of course, but the room for 250 UAH has all the amenities for relaxation. Linen and towels are changed every 2 days, rooms are cleaned daily. This year we stayed in the new building. Excellent building inside and out. The location of the case is such that even air conditioning is not needed. The room is excellent. Kitchenette, loggia, room - I liked everything! Photos are attached. Now about nutrition. You can order set meals, but we are not particularly eaters, so we ate in free mode - on order. Everything is homemade delicious and, most importantly, you are sure to continue your holiday in good health, and not on pills. . Of course, no one will water the "foie gras" with caramel (well, perhaps for a fee, by agreement with Lyudmila), but the food is very tasty. Special thanks for the pancakes and dumplings. Super! Next is the pool. This is really great. And its very presence and its purity. I don't even know which is more important. We didn't go to the beach after lunch. The child is delighted. The presence of a playground caused the same delight. Situated in silence and shade. Since the hotel is fenced on all sides, the child is not afraid to let himself go to the playground and around the territory. The landscaping of the hotel deserves a separate lengthy description. Better look at the photos. A huge number of rare plants, everything is well-groomed and pleasing to the eye. Organically fits into the overall picture and the chapel. To do such a titanic work in a year! Owners of hotels and respect and bows and these. . all respect!! ! Now about the staff: for all the years that we have been coming, not a single request has been left without attention. Situations are different: somehow people left a week earlier because of a child's illness. They got their money back without any problems (our friends, so I know personally). In general, we have not met more hospitable hosts and staff in general. And lastly: infrastructure. The hotel is located 100 meters from the sea. Within a radius of 200-300 m shops, pharmacies, banks. A 15 minute walk (do not even feel the distance due to air quality) market. A dolphinarium was built in the city. Attended a performance, swam with a dolphin - a real pleasure. There is much more to describe the advantages of the hotel, but it is better to come and see for yourself. We say from our own experience: we go there with pleasure, relax, enjoy the time spent in Arcadia. We love everything! This year we stayed there for a month and plan to come again.

" We didn’t specify how this ban should be implemented (changing rooms by the pool were not seen), maybe that’s why there were few guests - everyone dried up somewhere. The last straw was the remark of the same administrator at dinner. As I noted, we were with a one-year-old child. Anyone who tried to dine with such a child indoors without a highchair, with two open exits with stairs and one staircase indoors, will understand me - it's not easy. Of course, I tried to put him in a stroller (I note that it is not easy to drive it into the dining room - according to the architect's "original" idea, for some reason a column blocks the ramp). So, the administrator said, “We, girl, can’t take strollers! We don’t take such children at all! ” Excuse me, we didn’t bring him secretly in a suitcase - we wouldn’t take it. In general, the feeling is disgusting and our foot will not be there again. I can’t imagine that adults without children would go on vacation in Skadovsk, since it’s generally difficult to relax there, except with small children (the shallow sea is not far away) - I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE WITH CHILDREN !!! !
