Upon arrival (already in Skhidnitsa itself), we got stuck 500 meters from the villa (Google maps were brought up) and on Sunday evening our car was pushed out by the villa workers with their guests, "pulled" from the table.
In general, the staff were very polite and helpful.
As for the kitchen: there's something for everyone. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the combination of home cooking with delicious desserts - they tried pan-cotta in many countries and places, but in Alessa it was the most delicious. On the menu as a whole: in fact, we had individual meals, i. e. we asked - they prepared for us. I can advise the staff to ask guests about their food preferences (it will be more correct), i. e. give options (we immediately abandoned cereal with milk); or to the guests themselves clearly about it. I asked for a fresh salad - it was. The wife asked for a salad with beets - he was. We ate with pleasure, there was enough food. They asked to replace the oatmeal with fried eggs (me and my wife are different) and they got them. Portions were enough (we were given a whole sausage : -)). The foam in the coffee was whipped by hand, and was like mousse. Potato pancakes, rolls, pea soup - everything is simple, but so delicious at home : -) A couple of times we left early in the morning in the region, the staff warned us, and at 3 in the morning we were waiting for breakfast to go.
Yes, perhaps if the hostess was "in place", then everything would be even better. The comments that we had were eliminated immediately. I will add that one of the factors that convinced me to choose Alessia was the speed of the answers received (yes from Italy, yes via Viber), their completeness and comprehensive content.

By the way, there was a case on our table there was milk porridge food for breakfast, on the next table there were sausages with porridge. To the question why is that so? you didn't say the answer.

If you want a massage therapist, find out that he would come, you need a doctor, ask him to come, they will not offer you anything.
