Terrible irresponsible service! We booked a room with my parents, a family house, a week ago. The lady at the front desk confirmed the booking. Tomorrow, early in the morning, my parents were going to leave (it would take 5 hours to drive! ), my father called to clarify just in case. There is no armor and they can’t help us with anything, class. We are shocked!! ! We ask you to pick up the records of telephone conversations, Taor is again told that they cannot help in any way. What is this attitude towards vacationers??? ? We planned a holiday for the weekend, and all down the drain!! ! I won't recommend this hotel to anyone!
