I wanted to have a good weekend in Skhidnytsia, "Lyudmila" turned out to be a pretty good place for photos and information from the sites.

Booked accommodation 1.5-2 weeks before the planned trip (2 junior suites at 290 UAH / day), transferred an advance of 1000 UAH, before leaving still again and again agreed 3 times by phone.

Arrived at 20:30, we were met, settled (adding that the payment for accommodation will be the next day).
They promised dinner for 4 people, here was the first stumbling block, they covered only for 2 people, they say that the cook is to blame for everything. But a way out was found (dumplings - cooked quickly) and according to the diet menu, was served buckwheat (cooked in water, with a cutlet of unknown origin).


In the morning, after the "dietary" breakfast, Mr. Valera, the manager of "Lyudmila", came to the room to pay for the accommodation, but all would be nothing, and the amount of accommodation he stated was UAH 490 / day, just shocking!
Of course, we did not agree with these prices.
Here the showdown began, Mr. Valera, who does not decide anything and knows nothing, began to call the owner Sergei (his cousin), with whom everything was agreed, handing me a phone, who with rudeness and threats to my address, they say that now someone will come and throw us out of the rooms if we do not agree to their terms.
Mr. Valera was not confused and quickly replaced, saying "that he foresaw such a situation, and he has in this case just 2 free rooms in the neighboring hotel" Lviv ", at a price of 340 UAH / day (without food, but promised to come up with something) .

It didn't suit us, after 2.5 hours of tinkering, we got tired of it and we called the police.

We didn't have to wait long for a Skhidnytsia police officer (who came in plainclothes), who was initially on the side of the owners of Lyudmila.
After the situation was explained in the tenth and online information was shown on the websites (according to which it was agreed), the precinct officer tried to settle the conflict with the owners of the wild log house peacefully.
During the hour of difficult debates, a compromise was found in the form of the fact that 420 hryvnias were returned to us in advance with very heavy efforts, and the agreed 290 hryvnias per room was taken for the day.

After that, we left this wonderful place with spoiled moods and nerves.

I will say only one thing about the conditions in the rooms, not everything is as beautiful and wonderful as in the promo photo.
With good lighting, everything looks great, but in fact everything is different: the bed is all stained, hair everywhere, dirt, saw, fungus.
Nutrition is not dietary.

Especially I will never risk dealing with these people again ("Lyudmila" is not their only place in Skhidnytsia), and I will not recommend it to anyone!
