We planned a seven-day vacation in the standard. Booked through booking. com. We had a mouse in our room. We were upgraded to a junior suite. After moving in, we were told we had to leave in three days or pay for a junior suite. The booking was three and a half days in advance. Nobody was going to return the money. Only the intervention of Booking helped to resolve the situation. If we were refunded immediately, we would move out the next day.
What to look for:
1) the water in the rooms is very smelly, but there is well water in the kitchen and on the territory;
2) they are fed only by agreement per day. If you come and want to have lunch - you will not be fed;
3) you will get dust in the rooms from previous residents;
4) consider well, for some reason they consider it bad in your direction. For example 640/2+35=340+35=390;
5) the presence of soap and shampoo is not provided.

Wonderful beautiful place! Very clean! The hostess is a very tasty and satisfying cook! Thanks! With food in Shatsk and the surrounding area is sooooo tight. Stayed with mom for a week. All liked it. Thanks to Natalia and her team! We highly recommend - if you want to relax, relax in a beautiful and cozy place - this cottage is what you need! There is an opportunity not to cook and eat delicious homemade food, or vice versa - cook it yourself, you can make a grill, barbecue yourself, or order, all the conditions for families with children.
