We were immediately pleased that the parking is paid (30 UAH / day). I do not mind UAH 150 (we booked for 5 days), but this should be warned not on the day of arrival.
While we waited for the administrator to move in with another family, the table we were waiting for began to be set. The owners of the hotel had lunch. This surprised and alarmed me.

Then it started to be more fun. I paid for 5 days of accommodation, the administrator gave me to read a yellow piece of paper on which were written the rules of residence. I read it and went to the rooms. We had the 16th and 18th. May God have mercy. I have never seen such a thing in my life. The dirt is such that I can't pass it on.
Rooms two for two, no more. Cobwebs on the windows. Dust on the TV on two fingers. The smell is not fresh. The bed is tired. And this is not the worst. We went to the bathroom. It would be better if I never went there. The toilet, shower and tiles were probably installed before I was born, and I'm not that young. The cabin is scratched, fungus is everywhere, the tiles in the shower are reflected and the hole is covered with cardboard. The administrator sees that I am shocked. And he says, "Well, you say no. " Me: "Is there anything else to say? It's not what we saw on your site. It's not what I paid for. " - What did you see on the site? Well, I get the phone, and wi-fi is "caught" just down the hall. We went down and looked. On the site it is room №13. There is no photo of the toilet. Now I understand why.
Next food. It seemed strange to me that the price of a double room will include meals for one person. Well, OK, the two of us and we paid 140 UAH / day for breakfast and dinner for another adult.
At the price we got 620 UAH / day for two adults (accommodation and meals: breakfast + evening).
PEOPLE CANNOT AND SHOULDN'T LIVE IN SUCH CONDITIONS! ! ! !!
We could not stay there categorically. The girl-administrator says, and we clean the rooms. It turns out that they haven't cleaned there yet? Or how to understand it? I said emphatically, "Either give us a normal number, I'm willing to pay extra, or return my money. " The answer killed me: "You read the rules (it's that yellow piece of paper) and we won't return the money. "
I know my rights and the laws of Ukraine. That's what I told them. For 5 minutes they whispered something. Then they gave me the money, I wrote a statement of refund (deposit) on the card. They undertook to return within 3 days. Let's see if to return, if I will have further problems with them. in Shatsk, and I was in many places.
