The ticket costs UAH 13.500, there is no treatment, only visibility. Massage 10-12 minutes, the salt room is normal, they breathe with herbs anything, without asking who is allergic to what. After the first inhalation, I didn’t go anymore, I stayed for 4 days, there are still 9 left, tomorrow I’m leaving and tearing up the ticket.

Not worth the money, this rest or the so-called treatment.
The soup is liquid, almost only water, milk porridge is the same, they put very little meat. Many are not happy, they just keep silent, with diet # 9 they serve food like everyone else, with cracklings, fat and everything that cannot be eaten.
Showing it doesn't change anything.
If you have gathered and are ready to relax in the Orizont sanatorium, think about it. Is it worth spending your money here, you still have a chance to find something else.

The resort is the worst one I've ever been to. The food is tasteless and very little, you can’t feel the meat in the cutlets, they pour a certain amount of rations into the plates and that’s it, very little. Salad - two tablespoons of cabbage and two drops of mayonnaise, soups are very liquid (like a pan was washed after borscht).

Salad - two tablespoons of cabbage and two drops of mayonnaise, soups are very liquid (like a pan was washed after borscht). The rooms are cleaned every other day, in principle, they clean normally, there are no questions. As for the treatment - it simply does not exist, only visibility: a massage for 10-13 minutes (usually 45 minutes is done in others), the bathrooms are barely warm, but they should be hot. In time, up to 15 minutes, but should be 30. All procedures every other day, the rating is disgusting, the shower in the room is barely warm, the batteries are warm (normal, not cold), two beds with mattresses from the springs of which the back hurts, and a TV. There is a refrigerator, two elevators work and one for the disabled is large.
Not satisfied with the rest, I do not advise to go here.

We arrived on a tour. Me and my 6 year old daughter. When registering, I decided to share the ticket, they asked for 600 hryvnia per day for a child, I paid 500 hryvnia for a section, the first day was lost. The territory of the sanatorium is well-groomed, there is security. The room where we were placed was terrible, everything was old, the linen was gray and with holes, and the bathroom was simply terrible, I didn’t even think that there were such conditions in the sanatorium.

The sanatorium could do with more cleanliness, the chairs are dirty, everything is sticky, even the key was sticky, the thought of germs and lice just does not leave. There are no big claims to the staff, but if you are late for a massage, they will not do it to you and they will be rude, but everything is paid for. The sea is far away, they will take you to the estuary by ZAZ bus, and then by boat or bus for 10 hryvnias. Vacation ruined, will not go again and do not recommend.

I stayed at the resort in autumn 2018. There are no complaints about the staff: friendly attitude, conscientious work. Although the food is not of the highest quality (instead of butter - margarine, for example), but varied, cooked deliciously, with love, according to the menu. Leisure is organized for all categories of vacationers with interest and love.

Leisure is organized for all categories of vacationers with interest and love. A free bus runs to the estuary. But accommodation and services at a very low level:
1. Queues for several hours when registering for a sanatorium and a doctor.
2.3 people live in the room instead of two - there are no places.
3. Mattresses, bed linen, towels with stains, holes and patches (apparently they have been serving since Soviet times). The squalor in the dining room: aluminum spoons, forks, knives, crockery with cracks, a beam that runs through the entire dining room, monstrously stained, oilcloth on the tables.
4. The doctor does not have coupons for procedures, so it is impossible to get to the most popular procedures with a ticket, only for an additional fee by agreement with specialists.
5. The equipment is faulty: during my stay in the sanatorium, Charcot's douche was broken, the pressure in the system constantly jumped, the ozonator broke down several times.
Having an excellent base and high-quality specialists, the administration failed to create good conditions for vacationers. During the rest, I tried not to pay attention to this, so as not to spoil my vacation, but I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Rested in the sanatorium "Orizont", town. Sergeevka, Odessa region in September 2017. My impressions of the resort:
For food and accommodation, basically, there are no complaints.
1. There are 2 types of mattresses in the sanatorium:
a) one-sided spring (rigid)
b) foam, 5 cm thick, completely sewn into oilcloth.
Both of these mattresses are not suitable for spinal patients, who for the most part have gone through bedsores. The best option: a foam mattress, 10 cm thick, without oilcloth throughout the entire volume - but only in the middle of the mattress, where the human pelvis is located. And personal hygiene products, which include oilcloth, vacationers must have with them (this can be prescribed in the contract, as well as a fine in case of damage to the mattress). And the existing 5 cm mattresses can be given on top springs.
2. For some reason, all procedures are carried out every other day and in an abbreviated form: instead of 20 minutes - 10 minutes, and massage instead of 30 minutes - 15 minutes! In the lobby of the sanatorium, you need to hang the price list of the services provided and their prices, so that people themselves (taking into account the recommendations of the doctor) can choose the right ones for them, focusing on the amount for treatment, according to the Agreement. So that the attending physician does not say: "You are not supposed to. " And on every occasion he did not send to the head physician.
3. In the sanatorium, it is necessary to build a ramp between the floors (from the 5th to the 1st floor), as an emergency exit in case of fire, as well as in case of elevator breakdown.
4. Very weak medical base, which needs to be expanded. Few medical specialists. There should be a medical post on each floor. There is no laboratory, ultrasound room (and, accordingly, the apparatus), and in the enema room there is only 1 couch for the procedure (and this is for 200 people in wheelchairs)!! ! And for walking vacationers, this procedure is generally “not allowed”! Well, it's just a crime, being a couple of kilometers from the sea, not to have brine and mud in the sanatorium !! ! The delivery of wheelchairs to the sea, as well as the provision of volunteers to assist in swimming in the sea, is not organized in any way. The cinema room is also wheelchair accessible, as is the library.
5. The management of the sanatorium does not meet with vacationers, does not hear what people lack, why they are outraged. The attending physician does not visit again.
6. The employees of the sanatorium are attentive, cultured and polite during the procedures.
7. At the request of the senior honey. give the sister a foam mattress (to put it on a spring, hard), she said that the head of the sanatorium (! ) decides this issue, and he has been away from work for 2 days, but this issue is under her control. This question was not resolved until the end of my stay in the sanatorium. In other sanatoriums, such issues are resolved at the level of the hostess!
8. For the first time in this sanatorium I heard that you have to go to the library with a wallet (like a store) in order to leave a deposit for a book! And for renting a sanatorium stroller, you need to leave your passport as a deposit (!!! ), which is illegal! In other sanatoriums, everything that belongs to you is entered into the sanatorium-resort book, and when the patient leaves, the signature (stamp) of the responsible person is put on the delivery of property. Why reinvent the wheel?!
9. From leisure for vacationers - a disco. Everything!! ! (except checkers, chess, dominoes).
10. There is no hairdressing salon on 9 floors of the sanatorium. Also, a manicurist would not be superfluous, and not one, since there are many women in the sanatorium.
11. When arriving at the sanatorium, no one helps to transfer things from the car to the room, and when leaving - from the room to the car!
12. For the tour section, a fee of 400 UAH is charged!
13. The compressor fan that pumps fresh air into the salt room (the procedure is this: you breathe salt vapor in this room), works like a truck engine - lived on the 2nd floor almost just above this “cooler”. Every 10-15 minutes it turns on for 1 minute and NOISE. And this is in the morning and somewhere before 14:00, every day.

I rested with my family in the sanatorium Orizont, a wonderful sanatorium, friendly staff. Food excellent breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and kefir at night. They bring you to the estuary. The rooms have been renovated. The treatment is excellent, it is possible to order procedures separately. I recommend it to everyone.

not a normal administrator, Lyudmila Rezvikh, spoiled all her nerves, drank all the blood and yelled at everyone. They go to the sanatorium to get medical treatment, but here, on the contrary, they lived in a pioneer camp, while taking 100 hryvnias (IN OTHER SANATORIUMS WE DID NOT PAY FOR THE TOUR SECTION) every evening music, the tearing cry of teenagers Lyudmila was there a place for your daughter in the Horizon? but for us there was no God bless you and God bless you what you deserve.

I liked it very much! Comfortable rooms with all amenities; great staff; large landscaped area; for wheelchair users: ramps; elevator; equipped spacious rooms; in the room: refrigerator; television; shower mountains. water all day. I liked the procedures especially exercise therapy. True, the food is not very good and the portions are underdone (instead of the leg declared on the menu, a quarter of it) in the kitchen there is chaos and theft of products; I hope the administration will see this and eliminate this shameful minus.

So they got treated!! ! And doctors like N. N. YERMOLENKO should be kicked in the neck and put in jail, and given amoxil for dinner every day !! !

I came to rest in "Orizont" with apprehension, I read a lot, both good and not very good. But my fears were dispelled. Clean air, after a noisy and polluted city, air alone is worth something. Peace and quiet, decent and trained staff. Quite decent procedures, decent food. Rustic rooms and still noticeable "soviet" influence.
